Bought a truck from Richard who was willing to negotiate. There were a few issues after and he covered them all under his warranty. As an experienced car dealer myself from Vancouver I approached them with somewhat cynical knowledge and came away very impressed. I wouldn't hesitate to send my friends to Richard for there auto investment. GOOD JOB RICHARD ! 😎

Close friend bought a truck from this place and has had nothing but problems. He was told he had one year power train warranty and that deal was never honoured. His paint job is already starting to chip and peel away and there is overspray on everything. Shady place to deal with.

I drive a Honda Accord 2007. Four months ago, the motor broke down suddenly. Upon advice from a friend, I got it towed to Rachid's. They fixed it by getting an excellent but used motor including the transmission. My car now runs even smoother than before and has more power. The charges were 33% less than I was quoted elsewhere. I am very happy with their service and honesty. Keep it up.

I bought a car back in the winter and it was a rebuilt status, the car is awesome; I drove it since and I am so happy with it. Thanks for the honesty and for the good services.
