Don't take your family on league night. I got there and waited for someone to greet me in the alley. It took 10 minutes before I went to the pizza hut side and asked for help, where I saw a monitor with the cameras that would have clearly showed me standing there waiting. When I got help it still took forever to get my lane and shoes ready. I ordered pizza, and when it arrived one of the personals was missing cheese on half of it. Luckily, they replaced the pizza for us. When the league started to roll in, we were ignored by the one staff member who was taking care of the bowling side. My son wanted some water and stood by the register and was ignored. When we finished, our shoes weren't even put away. When there was "free time" she was on her phone and did not give off a friendly vibe. Usually my experience is pretty good, but I was rather insulted given how my kids are also apart of the YBC league and as paying customers we should have been treated as important as the league!

Chick at the till is a mouthy upity lippy bitch...not much for a fam environment with her there. Not bad otherwise

Ordered pizza for delivery today. When it got here it was almost cold. The pizza had been squished together inside the box and it looked like it had been cut by a toddler. The pieces were all different sizes. One of them was an inch big! The "extra cheese" cheese sticks I ordered had no cheese on them. For over $60 I'm not happy and will not be ordering again. Very sad to see that this place has gone so down hill.

Worst service, would never go there again. Called beforehand to make sure it was ready. Got there waited over an hour to be put on the board to bowl. Then to top it off my nephews brand new winter boots were stolen. Mint!!

Worst service I've ever had. Pizza took over an hour. The order was wrong. Nobody will answer the phone. I hate this pizza hut. I will never recommend this location.

The bowling Alley has gone down hill, bathrooms where out of order, place was dirty and service is slow and not very friendly. I was not a fan of the food either.

Ordered pizza at 6:15, 2 hours later it still hasn't arrived. So much for out nights plans. Will never, ever order from here again.

I am extremely unhappy with how things are run lately. We ordered pizza there on Thursday and was told that it would be ready in 15 mins so when we showed up to pick it up it wasnt even started yet. So we had to wait an extra 20 mins with a crying baby in the car to get our pizza. And when we did get it one of the pizzas was wrong it was supposed to be half Hawaiian and half ham, but the whole thing was Hawaiian and my son hates pineapples.

Today I called to see if there was a lane open so we could go bowling and the girl on the phone told me that all lanes are open and to come right down. There was no need to reserve a lane. So we packed up both kids and went straight there, when we got there the girl told us that all lanes are reserved and we cannot bowl. So now my son is sad and I am really not happy. A better system needs to be put in place so whoever answers the phone knows what is going on. 2 inconveniences like this in 3 days is quite unfortunate as we usually come there quite a bit. But now however I doubt we will be back unless some training or a better system is created.

Horrible service. Waited a long time for attended at the alley. I had to go to pizza hut for service. Turned out the staff was sitting in the office. Nothing but trouble. Either pins would be missing or gate would stay down. The laned seemed to be an invisible obstacle course. The ball would take whatever zigzag course it wanted to. Not a family environment. Felt more like we in bar beside drunk patrons who couldnt decide which way to sit on the floor to roll the ball or to stand back backyards and throw between the legs. To top it off i was quoted a price and and got over billed by almost 100 %. When i asked why, they claimed that we went over or time. In fact we stop right on time. I will never go back. Going back to Heritage lanes in red deer.

Horrible service, didnt get anything on time. Our pizza for the birthday party was forgotten about When we called 2 hours ahead of time and asked for it to be ready for 730 as we had a pary of 20. We didnt get food till 830 and didnt get the pop that came with the party package till 9. When I asked for the pop the lady said the pop was expired? The only way we got the stuff in our party packages was if we nagged the waitress to get our stuff! Nothing was ready! Pizza was cold and had hardly any toppings. All we got was attitiute from the employees when ordering drinks and more food.

By looking at the recent reviews of this place, thinking I’m going to stay away. The owner seems to be rude. The kitchen seems not to care when they are serving “gone bad” food. They should have Alberta Heath and Safety phoned on them.
