~ Cancel the listing if you are not satisfied with the service
When you hire me to represent you in the purchase of your property, I will:
~ Inform you of appropriate new listings as soon as they hit the market – or before!
~ Act as an Exclusive Licensed Buyers Agent whose sole purpose is to search out and show my clients appropriate properties
~ Strategize negotiations of contracts loyally in your best interests
~ Handle problems and situations promptly and professionally
~ Manage follow up of contract and all details through to completion
~ Cancel the buyers agency agreement (if applicable) if you are not satisfied with the service
~ Follow up after you have moved in to make sure you are happy
