This is an amazing place to buy a quad or even to get extras for your quad!! Me and my boyfriend just bought quads from them and everyone was so helpful and honest and willing to help out where they could! I would for sure be buying from them again in the future! Amazing staff that's all I can say!

Thanks again to Mark and all the staff for an excellent experience buying a side by side. Couple little hicups but all got resolved with ease. I hope to get many great years of fun from my new to me Wildcat 1000i.

Ralph's Motorsports is absolutely not in the business of stealing deposits. We have a 43 year business based on customer service and ethical dealings. We have had 3 instances in the past 4 years of unit sales (1787 units retailed in that period) where we have kept a customer deposit on a unit that was cancelled. In all 3 cases, we have accessorized (customized) the unit according to our customer's order and then had the customer cancel the unit.



Unfortunately reviews sometimes don't tell the whole story or both sides of the story and for this reason, we felt it necessary to clarify this and ensure our customer base is aware of how we do business!!

People that are going to take the classy way out and trash company's on Facebook for there own neglecting to deal with a purchase that they have made and then to take and make personal attack on Ralph that passed away on Nov 27 2013 and to say what they said is just a disgrace to themselves.

Just wanted to give a big thank you to Dan in parts for helping my hubby get all the parts in so quickly to get my bike up and runing again. Ralphs Rocks!!!!!

Just picked up my new 2014 Mud Pro can't say enough great stuff about the crew at Ralphs these guys are great to deal with. Would recommend them to anyone.

I was interested in buying a new atv , decided I’d go with Arctic Cat for a few reasons , lucky for me the closest dealer was Ralph’s motorsports , Mark was very easy to deal with and was very honest and didn’t push at all , hands down the best sales service I’ve ever gotten . The staff is extremely friendly and was accommodating for the entire family. I will definitely be buying my next ohv here . And I would recommend anyone else to as well!

I purchased a small boat through Ralph’s after contacting multiple dealers through out Alberta. Once most of the dealerships found out I wasn’t looking for a $70,000 ski boat they couldn’t be bothered. Ralph’s not only ordered in the boat I was looking for, but Rick and Mark were both great to deal with. I look forward to doing business with them again!

Just wanted to let you guys know how awesome your Ralphs team is. Dan has been top notch in regards to parts and has helped me out with everything I have been after and same with Travis with service. I even came in wanting to buy a new rear firewall/splash panel for my machine as my exhaust was touching it and starting to melt through and between Travis and Steph, they contacted Arctic Cat and were able to get it covered under warranty due to it being a safety issue that they were aware of and had an updated part to rectify it. Top notch dealer that will continue to get my business!

Grew up going here since Ralph was in his small small shop with only room for like 2 or 3 models to be on the show room floor. Awesome service, treat you like family!

Excellent staff, very friendly!! Would diffidently recommend to anyone. Can't wait to return for some accessories for my new Arctic Cat :) Big thumbs up for Ralph's :)

Bought my quad there in 2013 just took it in for engine noise they had it fixed fast at a great price

Took my shocks in for fork seals originally brought in my whole bike they told me to just bring in the forks so I went home took of the forks brought them in.

They did the fork seals for me I get my shocks back go home install the shocks go for a ride down the down the alley and my shock was like hard. Hold from break and put weight on shocks to only get an inch of travel.

Brought my shocks back for them to correct their problem. They reopened my shocks ended up calling me telling me the internals where toast cause it looked like someone hammered on them.

I was like you're the only ones that have touched then other then me putting them back on my bike and they told me "how do we know you didn't do this". So I took my shocks and brought them to Blackfoot direct and they laughed at me and told me they were modified suspension that they actually did and that Ralph Motorsport wouldn't know how to reassemble them then they grabbed s piece and was like this was hammered on .

So I went back to Ralph's and they refused to do anything so I was out 250.00 for seals plus a set of 2500.00 shocks replaced them with 700$ shocks thanks Ralph

They are a rip off!!They steal deposits from people!!!!We would never go there ever!!!!!!!!!

Terrible service, unreliable to their customers find another dealer.
