Best place ever. I do a lot of travel from east coast to west. This is my fav place to stay. Amazing beds , amazing staff and everything I need is all there. I've stayed in 100s of hotels and this is the best. Anyone who says anything different is way high maintenance. This place is the best. Can't wait to return, which is next week.

Always our home away from home! We stayed on the 7th floor facing the west. Nice view of the city. Clean and newly renovated rooms. Love the restaurant! We had our breakfast in bed and relaxed . The suite had a king bed and a couch and coffee table for a home style touch. Telus optic tv to top it off with a great movie the night before.

After the issues we had in the beginning I am so happy to see how quickly they fixed the problem!!

We had a great stay the room was great, clean and nice , the bed was comfy, had everything we needed except a hair dryer, but we came prepared, the TV was a good size , easy to see, we have stayed here many times and will be coming back.

We enjoyed our stay, the only reason for 4 stars was because the curtains kept falling in our room and we had to keep getting our key cards reprogrammed every time we left the hotel and came back we had to go back down to the front desk to get them redone!

This is the worst place to stay ever was there for the whole night .... we could not sleep in the beds as looking up on the ceiling was what looked like blood spatter ..... the carpets looked like they were there from the 70's . We rested on the blankets as we were worried to even look at the mattresses. Anyone in treated in seeing pics I have lots ..... when I complained at first they offered our money back and an upgrade. But I had called back the lady said she will give me 15% off my next stay.....lol ... a joke at best . This was supposed to be our celebration of engagement to my fiancé. ... will never and I mean never stay there again

Nice, friendly staff. Very clean rooms. Free popcorn in the lobby is a nice touch. My only complaint is the key cards didn't work very well.

Hadn't been there in a few years, the improvements look wonderful. Very short visit so can't really say a lot, staff was wonderful, will stay there again in the future for sure :)
