We love you guys and your family! We ordered from another local place and my husband said it best! The other place wasn’t as good and more expensive. Can’t wait for my Ramona’s next time!

Tonight we got home and realized we were given the wrong order. I called in about the mistake and you guys promptly put in the correct order and had it delivered to my door in 40 minutes. Very impressed with the level of costomer service and will definitely be ordering again in the near future.

So I have to give a big shout out to the Ramona's Pizza on the north end!!! I ordered 12XL pizza's for a kids Christmas party and the amazing staff made sure that we got the pizza's on time (even with delivery)!! And the pizza was delicious!! And the staff was fantastic, from the person I ordered from on the phone to the awesome delivery driver!! You guys rock!! That is what great customer service is all about!! Will definitely be ordering from them again!!

Just received our pizza and ribs from Ramona’s Downtown store! Fresh and delicious! The best pizza ever! I am allergic to shrimp and ham but the Ramona Special has been made with that specifically in mind!wish to thank Joanna and Staff for a delicious dinner!!!

Absolutely amazing they catered my wedding in June at 5 mile hall and I just wanna day how amazing everything went over and how many complements thank you :)

The first time I ever had pizza from here it was amazing and lived up to the hype. The last two times have been pretty bad. Ordered a Hawaiian two days ago and there was maybe pineapple on half the pizza, and maybe half a tbsp of sauce on the entire thing? There was absolutely no taste... I was mainly just disappointed because even ranch couldn't make it taste good :(

Will never buy here again. I went in and ordered a pizza, and the employee come out from the back, and licked his fingers then dived the same hand into the cheese to make a pizza. No gloves on, not even a hand wash. I am disgusted! I am a regular customer of Ramona’s, I tried to resolve the issue as I did. Or want to eat the pizza that was made this way but you would not work with me on it.

Very disappointed with this place. Ordered 1 pizza, 1 hour later I called to see where my pizza was. I was told my pizza was ready and waiting for pick up by the delivery guy. Another half hour went by and still no pizza. Which means my pizza was ice cold and still not to my house. I called and told them to cancel the order, because I didn’t want a cold pizza and they said fine and bye. — couldn’t have made me a new pizza? Discount? Anything? Not happy.

Love the pizza hate the service. I live 10 minutes out of town and order at least once a week. Because I live out I agreed to a bigger delivery charge,$15 plus tip, but they will only deliver when they decide it’s convenient. I also used to buy $200-$250 orders for my clients once and awhile but that will stop too.
