I have been dealing with the NW location for several years and have always received courteous timely service.

This company has a real problem with customer relations. 5 years ago had assessment and received a machine, no problems. I cancelled follow up and forgot about it. 4 years later cpap broke and I brought it in for repair and received a loaner. 6 months after that the loaner broke so I phoned to see if mine was fixed. The woman in charge of repairs was not happy that I hadn't called earlier to find out why my cpap wasn't repaired and why I would wait so long before calling. They forgot to tell the repair facility that the repair was authorized.When cpap was repaired had to explain to specialist why I never called in for follow up, it's important etc.
Time for a new machine, went in for another assessment. They sent a form to my Doctor to fill out for insurance, I phoned in two weeks later to see what's what, and they had not received form from Doc, doc never received it!
Straightened that out,asked them to call me when they got the form and they didn't. I called again, 2 weeks later. got a call back saying they were waiting for insurance now.Ok have approvals time for new machine, can book two weeks later or if I want a Friday later than that. You must see a specialist to get a machine.
Lack of communication and being blamed for not making sure they are doing there job has driven me to find another place.

This clinic has some serious shortcomings - I went for a sleep study and was surprised to be instructed in the use of the machine in a room with another patient (so much for confidentiality). The first machine I brought home had a defective part - and when I brought it back, one of the RTs insisted that I would have to undergo their training again (they clearly thought I was too stupid to operate their machine, and not that the machine, or a part of it, was defective). I did a second study with no problems. They cancelled my follow-up appointment with a doctor not once, but twice - the second time, I was given less than 2 hours notice. The cancellation was on the grounds that their machine didn't pick up enough of a reading for one key part. They wanted me to do a third sleep study and I refused. The whole operation clearly prioritizes commerce over medicine. The only saving grace - their front desk staff and one RT named David were very polite, professional and understanding (this review would be one-star otherwise). I don't blame the front-line staff for how the clinic operates, I blame the owners and managers.
