Ranchlands Medical Centre

I have been to a lot of clinics throughout the years.IT's not very often that you find a clinic as busy as this one being kind and courteous and accomodating .We all know how hectic life is, and it really is a testament to Dr Hussain and the other Drs and their staff at this clinic to be able to keep things on track.I really appreciate the amount of effort that they put forward. This clinic goes above and beyond the call of duty..thanks for the years that you have taken care of me.IF it wasn't for their kindness and their thoroughness...honestly...may not be here .Thanks for all you do, and all clinics have their flaws ...that's life

I would give them no stars if I could.

The Ranchlands medical clinic was quick at getting me in for a procedure and pride themselves in being able to perform certain procedures on sight. However, they did not give me all the information they should be giving patients before starting a procedure. I felt that the doctor that performed the procedure was an amateur. He did not project any confidence, look scared himself. I am regretting going back to the clinic.

The administrative staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. I personally work in the medical industry and this clinic has absolutely no sense of patient care. They are always running way behind. The staff will make you feel very unwelcome. If you ask them how long it will take, after having waited for a long time, they will look at your disapprovingly and won't give a proper answer.

I definitely would not recommend this clinic to anyone. In fact, I suggest you do not go to them because they will somehow mess up.

I would give this place no stars if I could. Very unprofessional.. the doctor quoted me 24 hours for lab samples in order to take medicine. When I call the lab the next day they haven't even received my sample. I call the office and they said they just sent it?? Now I have to wait 48 hours to find out if I can take meds or not when the doctor specifically told me I will find out in 24 hours. Very disappointed with their service and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

There's no variety of cultures working here and the environment is very unwelcoming. The doctor that I had an appointment with was quite rude and pushed her opinions on me. Unlike most nurses, most of the nurses came across with little respect and kindness. It almost seemed like some of them didn't even want to work there and that came across very clearly with their way of "caring for the patients". Some like this place, but I wouldn't recommend it to my friends or family. Clinics should be a place where one is welcomed, respected, treated kindly, and feel safe.

I love the entertainment in the waiting room and Dr.Muftee and Dr.Daud are amazing doctors

Great doctors, although a bit old school.

We are very fortunate to be patients here. Fehmida, Asthma, Bibi, Rushana and Dr. Husain are friendly, knowledgeable and kind.

Walked into the clinic was seen by a male doctor, he was horrible,(Dr Mohammed) he prescribed the wrong meds. Dr Nigat, realized that I was given the wrong meds and took care of me immediately. On my next visit Dr Fouzia Alvi took care of me. She's a brilliant doctor. I highly recommend her. !!!

What happened to the best doctor who worked here? Dr. Raj is gone and soon all your clients will leave you too FYI
