Rangeland Rv And Trailer Sales

Rangeland "ROCKS", I stopped by yesterday to grab a few things and Russ the Service Manager was right there to help me find everything I needed. I've been a customer for years and would never go any wheres else. There have been times I've walked in and people are running around like chickens with there heads cut off helping other customers but once they've seen me I always receive awesome service. I've always chalked it up to, if they're busy they must have a great business and great sales which equals great products and services. Keep up the awesome customer service and thank you for your continued support and help.

After work my husband dropped by to pick up some antifreeze for our trailer. He was in a hurry, grabbed 2 jugs and waited to be rung in. After waiting for a bit there were 3 sales people standing in another area which he approached and asked for service. They said they didn't do cashiering and that they would call the person who did. After 10 minutes, put off, my husband approached the sale people again and said he wanted to pay for the antifreeze and what was the problem. According to my husband the sales people could care less whether he was upset that he couldn't make this purchase and told him "There are other places you can go to". Upon leaving, without purchasing, they waved to him and smiled as he was driving away. I was completely stunned when my husband relayed this story to me. I believe the owner of this company could use this situation to re-train (or replace) some obviously derogatory, rude and complacent employees. Really bad form. As a side note, he purchased the antifreeze at Woody's and had a good conversation with the sales person there who was more than happy to take his money, regardless that it was a small purchase.

Poor service experience. I recently brought my trailer in for servicing and at the same time ordered a part to fix my fridge that was not working. I was told that the part would arrive in 10-14 days and they would call me. After 3 weeks, I called them and left a voicemail asking about the status of the part - I never received a phone call back. Called again and left a message at 4 weeks - again no phone call back. Long story short, I left 6 voicemail messages over a 3 week period requesting information on when the part to fix my fridge would be in, and never received a call back from anyone. Took my trailer to Hobo Camper Country and had the fridge fixed within a week, which included the time it took to order the part.

We purchased our new R-Pod over the phone because we could not locate the model we wanted locally. Murray and Dennis were very easy to deal with and the whole process was seamless. We were given an excellent trade-in value for our much-loved tent trailer. Brian in the parts department was very helpful. Minor issues that came up after delivery were handled promptly and professionally.

Worst RV Dealership ever! Won't return calls after the sale. Parts department never picks up the phone. Missed some items on the inspection, so when we brought it back the jerks broke off the mirror in the bathroom and left it there. Didn't realise it until I brought the trailer back to the storage lot. Stay away from this place. You will be glad you did!

Thanks Murray and Andrea for such great service and help. Managed to get the trailer out this weekend and had a fantastic time. Should have done this years ago, will definitely come back when we want to upgrade.

Great full-service dealership! We were treated well from the moment we entered the building (which is stunning!). Service was fast and efficient, but thoughtful, from the ground up. The finance manager took the time to explain each step of the process and we left feeling well protected and covered. Delivery was clear and efficient, but not rushed. We would definitely purchase from Rangeland again in the future, and will continue to use them for any service our RV requires.

OK buying experience, brutal follow up service. During the supposed brake controller install, they took a connector out of my car and it immobilized all of my HVAC and security functions, hooray! it took me 5 hours of messing around with it myself in the freezing cold, and then taking it to Visions to see if they could figure it out, well thankfully they did. I had to get my pregnant wife drive around without any heat in february all over town to get parts ordered. low and behold, they took a valuable jumping connector from under the dash out of my vehicle during the time that they were supposed to install the brake controller. I was unhappy but they promised me they would rectify by paying for the troubleshooting and restocking fee of the part I had to order from Toyota (hardly fair considering the massive mistake). Its been two months and guess what has never shown up? the money. I would never by a travel trailer from these people again.
