I would like to tell you I started seeing Ricks post just over a year ago, he was every where loved his energy on fb..knew one day I would meet him. At a BSSE last year I did he came up and said hello Selena. I was like hello...oh hello rick so nice to finally meet you in person. A year goes by and I run into him at beloved healing arts owned by my beautiful friend Sherry. Divine timing for sure as always!!! Since seeing him I have connected a few times and each time the shift is huge, he has you stand In your power and holds space for you to do so!! If you feel drawn his light is beautiful! I appreciate coming into a judgement free space, especially when one is so incredibly worn down by the unnecessary harshness of the outside world.

I admit I can barely sit through a meditation as my mind has legs of its own and likes to travel, but I do appreciate the quiet moments.

I enjoy the fact that so many healers and open-minded individuals come to give and receive. It helps built community and has really helped me in the past year.
