Permanent Huge in line waiting time . Always short of staff, this Branch needs to improve staff knowledge and quality of service.

I had the opportunity recently to deal with Kathy Reimer at RBC Thorncliffe, and it has honestly been the best experience i've ever had at a bank, mostly because this wonderful lady truly cares about her clients. She listened to what I was needing to accomplish, made recommendations that improved the process, and paid careful attention to the details of the forms so that everything would process as quickly as possible without delay. Then, she continued to personally check on the status of, and keep me apprised of it's progress, during what was a very stressful time for me. Her compassion and kindness was not what I expected from a bank, to be honest. I honestly will not forget how wonderful and kind this RBC employee was and every chance in the future I have an opportunity to add to my investment portfolio, mortgage changes, etc I will seek her out. Thank you, RBC, for employing Ms. Reimer and letting her be your "ambassador." She's doing you proud!

I used to get good customer service before from same branch. But yesterday when I went to surrender my safe box, a teller called Imran wanted to charge me big amount for nothing and insisted without knowledge to do so, until other teller heard the conversation and corrected him. Then, I had my little girl 4y wanted to go to the washroom. I asked him he agreed at the beginning then refused for no reason and asked me to take her to Subway on the other side. I found that really rude and Imran lacks to the the min level of customer service.

They are nice. It is a bank though

The financial advisors here do not return calls or emails. And they will absolutely wreck your finances. I complained about one, moved to a different one, and they trashed my finances. Go here for an ATM, but go somewhere else for anything you want to taken seriously.

My experience here will likely having me switching banks.
