Had a quick and easy transaction with a young new teller this week - I needed to transfer funds from one of my accounts and had problems with online banking. The teller guided me through getting it done in person. Very pleasant experience overall.

I had a fantastic transaction with Reem! She was polite and helpful. I will always go here because of her great service.

Terrible service today at the Fairmount Dr location. ENORMOUS line -teller explained that since they are open 6 days per week they have half the staff on Saturdays and Mondays now. Reem was possibly the most unfriendly bank teller I've ever experienced. Bank manager was there, but not helping. Seriously considering switching banks.

Fast and helpful, I drive by other location to come here
