Staff is always helpful and pleasant when we are in there and they also engage the children which is great.

I had made a large order for a trade show I have coming up. I used PayPal to make the purchase but PayPal took the order from the wrong account. Basically it was a system error that should have never happened. RBC charged me 39 NSF fees from all my purchases $45 a piece. I've been having issues with fraud recently as I had a transfer come out of my TD account for $511.00. TD opened an investigation and reimbursed my money with zero hastle this hasn't been the first time they have helped me out. RBC fought with me and wouldn't even consider waiving the fees which was $1,600 until I said I wouldn't do business with them again. I even gave them a letter from PayPal stating that it was a misunderstand and all... but RBC was only willing to waive half the fees and leave me with $800. I am so furious. I have investments with these guys and as soon as the investments are up I'm taking them to TD because they actually care about their customers. I advise anyone who goes here before signing up just go up the street to TD they take care of their customers I should have never come to RBC what a joke. They now call and harass me everyday to collect the money which I do not have.

About a year ago I went into that bank and was convinced by an employee Aziz to get a student Visa. I was told it would be free so long as I put money into a savings account each month. A couple months later I realized I was getting charged each month for the visa. When I called they said they would fix it, and they didn't. When I called back again, the lady I spoke to yelled at me and told me I didn't understand banking. She said she would fix my problem. I stopped receiving monthly charges, but was just charged a yearly fee. When I called they said my Visa was switched from a student visa to a normal visa and they erased the proof that I'm a student so I now have to go in to prove I am still a student. This Visa has been nothing but a hassle. Debating switching banks. Everyone there is either rude or a liar.
