Friendly and helpful, I got great costumer service for what I needed. It was right around lunch time when I was there, and I had zero wait time.

I do not have the option to give a zero. A zero is what this bank's customer service wait times deserve. HORRIBLE wait times for services. I do everything I can possibly do online, which is wonderful, but I dread going into this location when I have to once a month. Why?

Employees in the back do not seem to care that customers are waiting in line for 1+ hours. You go in. Stand in line. Time ticks past. The line gets longer. An employee peaks her/his head out of their office, makes eye contact with customers, sees the line is long, goes back into their office and shuts the door. Repeat every 15 minutes. Someone is always wandering around aimlessly when staff at the front need help. 2 teller employees and a line of 10+ people? Make someone from the back come out. It is simple.

You REALLY need to consider hiring more people to man counters during peak hours. Actually. Very seriously consider this.

******To be clear, the help you receive (when you finally get to the counter 60+ minutes later) is good, wonderful employees!! ******

But the time it takes to obtain that service is outstandingly horrible. The rest of the staff should always be ready to help when it is busy (instead of hiding in the back.). The designated bank tellers can only do so much when the line is long. Hopefully changes are implemented.

I been 2 this plc today to open account I did not had any appointment I was waiting for more then 30 mints them people was just rooming around no body care that someone waiting then finally someone came nd had word with then he said have seat I will c if someone can help u it take more then 10 mints then he said sorry no one available I saw no one was busy 3 cabin was empty so pls don’t go in this pic u will wast ur time

The worst bank in the city!! Just read the other reviews, I'm not going to waste my time. But one thing I would like to add is that it's is also a little India in there.

They have satisfactory service. Lines get long all the time and need to have more tillers to accommodate the amount of people there.
