A majority of the tellers are unorganized and inexperienced. Always have a smoother bank experience for even the simplest things at another location.

They never have enough people to help you out

They need more bank tellers. that or management needs to step up and help when the line exceeds 6 people. I can't complain about the tellers themselves. But, this location really needs to work on their organizing. 2-3 tellers during the day is not enough clearly. After 4 years, this needs to change. I can drive to Crowfoot's location, talk with someone, get my money and even pick up lunch before going home in 30-40mins tops. Yet, I'll wait in line here for 20-30 before I am with a teller.

They do have lineups going to the door entrance because it's such a popular location. But they have improved. Office counselors now come to greet those already waiting in line to assist you with using the ATM machines to do what you came to do, or take you back to their office to help you just like at the counter. This helps speed up service and reduce the wait time.
