These banks should not exist in decent neighbourhoods, zero need, zero stars on this platform, Waste of space for real establishments. They should be ashamed. TD is planning to open up shop down the street in a cultured venue. for shame.

Staff are friendly enough, but banking advisors do not respond to requests in a timely fashion. If you are alright waiting more than 2 weeks (sometimes more than a month) for a response then use this branch.

I have had interactions with at least five different staff at this bank and experienced excellent service from all - have banked here for over 25 years and have noticed a real improvement in all services particularly in the last one year

Bank was robbed at knife point when I was there. The teller handled it very well. No one was hurt and the robber left. Staff was excellent in their response and in supporting each other and the clients afterwards. Thank you for keeping everything calm and everyone safe.

Slow un help staff whom seem to forget what they are doing

Not happy with lack of service. Made 3 in-person visits to the branch to get a problem solved - after being given inaccurate information about the multi-product rebate. Last visit was on Friday. I was told something would be done for me. Today, I had to phone telephone banking to get them to resolve this issue. I am really annoyed that it took so long to get this resolved. My preference has always been to use telephone and on-line banking. Wish I didn't need to go in to the branch for anything.
