Friendly staff and always ready to sever you with your banking needs.

Very unprofessional, the business teller Sanoara handled the situation very poorly because of lack of knowledge & experience . I wasted time and was very offended with her attitude. I went to the other branch and was helped right away. Very unfortunate that individuals that lack knowledge & experience bringing very negative impact to the branch in particular and to the Royal Bank in General. Would NOT recommend this Branch!

This is the slowest rbc I've ever been to in my life. Every time I'm here it's a 20 min wait with two tellers working...

So slow and wait for so long ; and there is a filipina worker in the tiller who gives me a bad look , not good customer service
