Friendly and professional staff. Accommodating and comfortable, yet professional place to have meetings and discuss.

Fine with RBC, their Beacon Hill, Northmount, and Beddington locations have all treated me well, but this location frustrates me for many of the reasons detailed in other reviews.

Staff seem disinterested in serving their guests, which is a huge red flag for a bank. Last two visits one of the financial advisers was conducting business through one of two open tellers, resulting in an extended wait. Never seen this in any other location, and surely there is a way to complete the required transactions without taking a teller spot away from customers in line.

Chalk it up to a feeling of general complacency. Likely will not make this my home branch despite living less than 2 minutes away.

I've been banking with RBC since 2008 and sad to say I'm pulling my accounts out of this bank because of the sour experience I have with this branch lately. Today I phoned up the branch, talked to the guy name Jeremy and I asked him to transfer my call over to the branch manager but he refused to, instead he lied and said the manager is not in. Immediately I phoned up my RBC mortgage broker and asked him to inquire on why RBC put hold on my cheque and right away he was able to talk to the branch manager. I detest liars I would NOT recommend this branch! Honestly, this branch used to have very good, friendly and professional staff. But those staff were all gone. This branch is not worth wasting your time guys....go somewhere else!

I would never go back to this unprofessional lazy and lier uncompation people. I went to this bank on Friday feb17 2017 at 5:25 I knew the bank would be closing at 6:00pm while I was staying at the hospital after a transplant heart Sergey which I explained to the receptionist I just got a pass for few hours to get some banking . I noticed the receptionist was ready to go home but I explanation again I need to see some one and it only takes 10 to 15 min .she went and got someone .he told me we are busy and have Client. The funny thing there was nobody there in the rooms after I asked if I like to see who is busy no client was there .one guy came out of the room and empty the garbage . I said how about him .no one wanted to work and getting ready to go home at 5:30 instead of 6pm and they all ignor me. I now wished I would be reading the rating before I went there

I found the staff professional. Convenient location

unhelpful, unfriendly and gave wrong information wasting my time, this branch was a bad experience. RBC was a terrible bank to deal with period.
