The staff is amazing!! and it's a good location!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRANCH !!!
The staff and tellers are untrained and tell their customers false information.
The Branch Manager does not seem to care that her staff is giving false information and will not agree to correct this problem. This branch cannot be trusted.
The Royal bank pulled nearly $8000 from my account after they stated funds were cleared and safe. They removed the money without notification and say it was probably in the fine print that i signed when we opened the account! Unbelieva ble!!!
Stay away from this branch and prevent this from happening to you.
There will be more reviews to follow at other branches to warn other potential customers.
STAY AWAY from the Royal Bank and do business with a better more trusting bank like TD. They are just across the street. We have never had any issues with TD.
