A teller at the bank signed me up for Visa Auto Balance protection WITHOUT MY CONSENT AND WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME. Then when i went to the branch to dispute the attempt of fraud RBC has committed, I was then discriminated and insulted by the Branch Manager Amit. Will never bank at this location and considering closing all 9 products with RBC. customer of 10+ yrs.

Most professional branch that I have visited. The employees, especially those at the business counter, are exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. I would, and have, recommended this branch to anyone I know.

i applied for business loan from 1333 32 av ne calgary location
dealing person ahmed nafie,
first of all took way long than he told me,
every time he require different formalities.
finally he said loan is approved but first i ve to pay their documentation & other fees which he stated around $300 & top of that cheque would be on contractor guys name which is rediculous.
i asked u guys giving loan to me or contractor?
u checked my credit & asked me to fill paperwork & other formalities not to contractor.
i closed my business account right way & never deal wid rbc in future.
