Friendly, helpful staff. Has been my branch for 6 years and they go the extra mile.

I wish I could give them a 0. This branch is HORRIBLE!!!! All but 2 of the tellers are EXTREME rude and I dunno how they still have a job. I go since its close but no other reason. Its inconvient for anyone who works 9 to 5 to do any banking and if you need help they tell you just to go on online banking and figure it out. This branch makes me want to leave rbc after being with them for 16 years

Slow, not enough tellers and like every other RBC just not up to date technologically !

The advisor named PING (PAULA)CHEN that make my new account gone wrong on her printed direct deposit of my account and she said that i could use my temporary card to purchase anything right away whict is I CAN'T . I only found out everything when i call the customer service, now i don't have my pay cheque and dont know where it goes.
