Staff is being very pushy. If you're in customer service then put a smile on and pretend you like serving people.

Poor customer service. I was in the States working and they wouldn't let my husband DEPOSIT a cheque made out to me to my account. He wasn't trying to take money out just put it in. When I questioned the teller about it she was very rude and condescending. When I said that I had just deposited a cheque to my sister's account at CIBC without any problem she said "well these are our rules and you have to follow our rules". Um, no I don't. I can follow CIBC's rules. Then today as we are getting ready to head out of town for the long weekend, they wouldn't let my husband deposit our paycheques because they were dated for tomorrow. Even though I had been specifically told by an employee there that at 4 pm they change to the next day's date. The teller told my husband that "we don't do that anymore". No notice or anything about these changes. So now I have to drive an hour and a half to Cranbrook tomorrow because that is the closest RBC. Thanks for the inconvenience RBC. Time to check out CIBC.

2 Stars is far too generous. Slowest bank in Calgary with horrible customer service. How does the Branch Manager remain in place????

Great hours and service and very helpful people work there.

Small branch feel. Line ups could be long for tellers.

Went in to get a credit card, the guy who set up application completely messed it up and now it shows on my record. Went to another rbc and they cleared it up and were extremely helpful. Very dissapointed.
