Customer service needs improvement. So do parking areas

It is great to deal at a branch where we are not just a number. My husband and I are both long term RBC customers and have our original accounts at other branches. When we moved we started dealing here and it has been a breath of spring.

I find this bank is excellent. The staff has the same customer service focus as I often see in Scottsdale, which is excellent.

I visit the branch at least once a week. All staff are friendly, know me by name and care about my business. I get personal attention. Never been to a bank and branch that is so outstanding, manager and other staff included.
