Rbc Royal Bank

Absolutely garbage service. I was there for an HOUR, when there were only maybe 6 people in line. This was the worst experience at any bank I've ever had, and as a brand-new RBC customer, I totally regret my decision to join (this is the only bank location I can access).

I waited 30 minutes in line for a $5 bill. I was only the second person in the line, the tellers took 30 minutes with two clients at the front, and there is no system or backup for other tellers to step up and help with the customers. By the time I left there was a line of 5 people behind me.

Two visits ago the teller asked me if I wanted to look into a tax free account, but no way would I deal with this location for my banking arrangements more than withdrawing money, if even that.

Excellent experience every single time

Service is good but long wait times.

There is only a 10min wait during lunch time on weekdays.
