Always good prices at Superstore.. produce is always fresh and keeps well. Points system is great....save them up and get $'s off your groceries. .

Very competitive but need to know what your going for! There voting line is worth checking out.

Produce always runs out... They should have an extra order during the week so Sundays aren't empty... That's when people actually have time to shop...

Other than that, the staff is always so helpful. Even when it's busy, lines move fast

My wife went into this location to pick up some groceries on Monday night and discovered that there was a sale on an item that we routinely purchase. When she went to scan the item at self checkout, it displayed the regular price instead of the sale price. She brought this error to the attendant's attention and waited for it to be corrected. After some time, she saw that the attendant was talking to a colleague so my wife approached her to see what was happening. The attendant said that she scanned the item and verified that the item is the regular price. My wife said that's what I indicated that it is scanning incorrectly and I need you to correct it. The whole time the attendant never had anyone go to actually verify that there was a sale tag there. My wife asked to please have someone go to the item location to verify that it is on sale. The attendant said that she would. Once again after some time, my wife had to approach the attendant who was once again having a conversation with a colleague that would normally complete price checks. My wife asked the attendant whether the representative was able to go to the item location and verify the sale price? The attendant's response was, I scanned the item and it shows the regular price in the system. My wife was shocked that this was her response and asked if the representative actually went to the item location and the response was from the representative was "was I supposed to?" Needless to say, my wife left the items in frustration from the poor customer service.

You've been to one, you've to them all. They are renovating and have moved things to odd places. The bulk section has been cut in half, no electronics, a "seasonal" section full of junk. They are usually fairly clean and descent with checkout speeds especially on the weekend. Prices and variety is better compared to Costco for produce and some canned goods.
The bad parts are: dirty washroom (it's terrible to change your young child/ baby), produce is usually empty most evenings and can extend to the shelves, it's hard to find staff for assistance (except Guy). Meat is limited and usually lower quality compared to places like Costco.

Not enough cashiers so the lines were sooooo long. Definitely not a grocery store where you can pop in for 5 minutes to pick up a couple things. At least you can catch up on all Hollywood's latest gossip standing in line reading the covers of all the magazine's!

I feel it's one of the better better superstore's. Although the produce can be less than average sometimes. It can also be a busy store. It the usually have plenty of lanes open.

Double shooting in parking lot yesterday. On plain day light. I I was grosery the who couldn't stop crying impacted by the scene.

I went there this week to buy some missing groceries. When i arrived at the cashier, there was a young boy cleaning his station but the light was on so i assume he is taking clients. As soon as we got closer, he looked at us and said he is cleaning and that we have to go to another cashier. We said sorry and left and passed just 2 station from where he was. When i turned my back just to see around he was with a client checking her out. I found this very weird just second passed he said he was cleaning and now he was attending another client. There is no way you can go complaint because all other staffs pretend to be very busy. Very few of them are friendly.
