The store made a mistake in the price of some bakery products and I went to their customer service to get refund. I told the staff that I could've used PC points but didn't do so because of the error in the price. Now that she was doing the refund, whether she could also redeem 20,000 PC points and take $20 off the bill. She blatantly turned me away and said that she was too busy and unwilling to do so. She arrogantly circled a website at the bottom of the receipt and said if I wasn't happy, I could fill out an online survey. I've never experienced such poor customer service so I did fill out the online survey, telling my story and left my contact information. By the end of the survey, there was a message that someone will contact me within 7 business days. Well, 10 business days have passed and I got no reply from them at all! Now I understand why the woman from the customer service was so fearlessly rude. Their customer care is rotten all the way from top to bottom. Fellow Canadians, this is not a "real Canadian" store and I'm calling to boycott visiting the store until they can make it better.

Great selection of products, overall prices are reasonable. If you can avoid on weekends unless you like crowds. Don't except the majority of the staff there to know the products in the store or where they are located.

They have large variety and good price. However they have the worst customer service, or rather no customer service at all!
Here are some examples:
Cashiers will never put the items in the bag, even if the bag is in front of them!
Most of the cashiers especially the ones from India, have no manners, they will never greet or say hi.
Some of the cashiers will keep the customer separation board on their cash machine, and will expect you to go and reach for it to place it behind your goods.
When you have a question of the location of certain products, it will be practically impossible to find anyone on the floor because they are so understaffed. And if you are lucky enough to find one, and ask, they just reply they do not know! Well if you do not know why don’t you ask someone who knows, phone someone? The will never go the extra distance.
A few times they replied ask the customer service station which is a mile away!
Also if you do decide to ask the customer service station at the entrance, there is only one staff, with a lineup of several customers. So instead of waiting there for 20 minutes, you might as well just go search the product yourself.
Some of the staffs are extremely rude, a few times when the store was about to close, the staffs would yell and threaten! We are closing in 5 minutes, and if you do not go now we will not check you in.
The have good products, they just need to teach some manners to the staffs!

Great prices. Good produce and meat. Average seafood. Place is usually busy.

Called in to see if clinic was open, customer service just simply stated they were closed. Asked if clinic was open Monday on Thanksgiving, customer service just said "I don't know, call Monday"

Customer service does not service the customers.

Figured they would go above and beyond but seems as if everyone just wants to do the bare minimum as the clinic is 40 steps away from the customer service desk so if they wanted to, they could go see whats posted, or better idea, have the clinic give customer service their posted hours / holidays.

Severely disappointed...

Well I went to one of your stores this morning to buy a couple of roast and was completely disgusted! How can you sell meat that is dripping blood from the bottom of every package? Everyone I grabbed was bloody all over the bottom packaging. Not to mention it sitting on the shelf in blood. Gross. Brought my concern to customer service who apologized. After doing a grocery shopping that took over an hr I couldn't help but notice that not only was my complaint brushed to the side, not 1 employee even investigate.oh well guess I'm glad I didn't waste 60bucks on mishandled meat

Its a clean store.... And some employees are great!! The cashiers REALLY NEED TO OPEN MORE ...PLEASE DO NOT BE THE NEXT WAL- MART..... CASHIERS...ALWAYS HAVE CASHIERS READY TO OPEN AT ALL TIMES!!!

Clean and organized store. Produce quality is often good. Checkout lines tend to be long; not a problem if you're not in a rush.

Watch your labelling. They often ignore country of origin on produce and mislabel USA/Mexico produce as "Product of Canada". Cat food selection is dismal. Meat is expensive. Other than that, they have really improved this store from years past and I enjoy shopping there for the most part. I do find myself heading off to the department store afterward to buy what I could not get there, and am finding some other great deals in the process.

The staff are great, helpful and always knowledgable about their products and where to find them. Considering the volume of customers at this store the store is reasonable clean and organized. I am never disappointed when I shop here, I would gladly come shopping here if I lived elsewhere. The staff make this store the best! And I love the variety of products and options especially for hose with severe allergies just like me. The other thing is that I get deals on the plus points app that actually help me unlike other places that offer me deals on food and products that I wouldn't use.

The wheels of the shopping cart are constantly jamming to a halt, when they roll into food thats been spilled on the floors. Lines are incredibly long at any time after 8am. Food on the shelves, frequently has gone past its best before date (especially potato chips and canned peanuts and almonds)

This by far the worst grocery store I shop at. The only reason I go here is because it's close to my place and offers a lot of ethnic foods for a decent price. I don't know who organizes the store but obviously they have no clue as to what they are doing.
The lineups are always way too long and the people who work there seem utterly depressed. I have yet to see a smile on any of the employee's faces.
The PC-Mastercard people accost you every time you walk through the doors which just adds to the depressing atmosphere.
Please get your act together to make it a better shopping experience for everyone!

The good: Best customer experience ever. Last summer I bought a patio set that wouldn't fit in my car. The guy from inside who was helping me was supposed to go on his break skipped it(against my protest not to) came out and not only helped me unbox it, he promised me to take it to the dumpster for me and helped load the car. What a guy!

The bad: I had a pretty bad hit and run in this parking lot >$2500 damage. Thanks to an honest witness the perp was later found and I got her insurance to cover it.....but park way in the back if you love your vehicle.

This place is a fantastic place. It's magical. It has a bathroom. The prices are good. I give it 4 "mmm's" out of 5.
