While the store has great prices on most items (as do all Real Canadian Superstores across the country), and their selection is second-to-none, I have never really enjoyed the shopping experience here. I have always found it to be too crowded, awkwardly laid-out (food items aren't grouped the way they are in most grocery chains), and I absolutely hate having the bag my own groceries (I'm just not good at it). The saving grace here is the Click and Collect option. I can now place my order online, select a pickup window, and (for a small fee) simply arrived, let them load up my truck, and go. I would give a higher rating if the people picking the orders could more-consistently find the products I've ordered instead of telling me they are unavailable. I've actually gone into the store after a pickup to grab the items that were "unavailable".

For sure Superstore is my go-to due to cost in the Westhills area but it does tend to come at a price, the place gets insanely busy on the weekends and often there are really stock problems - probably due to the general flow of business or maybe special sales, but it’s frustrating to have to make additional stops to get pretty basic items.

The store was expanded a few years ago and they added/expanded a number of departments but it still feels very spartan compared to the experience at Safeway or Sobey’s, especially in the deli/bakery/ready made areas.

At the end of the day it is a budget minded destination and they do have a big selection at good prices, and having the Presdent’s Choice line items available gives some great options for nicer quality store-brand items.

Best day to visit is probably Thursday as it’s fairly quiet but stock is in for the weekend. Monday lots of items tend to be out of stock.

Trumps Choice. Weird name for products. Mostly made in china. Really good clones of brand names.

This place is crazy. But so is every other superstore in this city. Better to go during the day and not the weekend duh

I enjoy going to this location since it is the closest to my home, it has a gas station and a liquor store. This location is close to the Rona, Lowes and pet store. I have the PC Plus card and a PC Financial Mastercard which both of these help to get points to go towards getting free groceries. Prices are reasonable. The only thing I don't like is sometimes I am approached by the homeless in the parking lot to get to my car. They even tap on my car window when I try not to make eye contact with them. They are even at the front entrance right by the door and yell for you to say hello. Very disturbing. I have reported to Customer Service when I went into the store and 45 min later the homeless man was still sitting at the front entrance!

Ever since their points program was introduced, the prices got higher. Other than that it is still the store with the best selection in town. If only I needed six of everything I buy.

Great variety. Produce usually very fresh. Rare that they are out of stock so better than a major competitor. Check out is fast. Prices great.

The employees are friendly, the shelves are well stocked, the store is clean and they have a large produce section.
But, sales geared more towards families than anyone else. They have a lot of sales that involve having to buy 2 or more, or 3 or more items to receive the discount.
I also often have a problem with their dairy products. About 35% of the time when I buy yogurt, cream cheese, cottage cheese or any other dairy product it is gritty, separated, and frankly disgusting. It is almost as if the products were frozen at one point and then let thaw before putting on the shelf.
I like the store for it's prices and convenience, but I may start buying my dairy products at another store.

You can score some good priced groceries. But I find it's geared for either large families (buy 3 or more for a cheaper price) or people who have ample storage with a high income. Their affliate stores No Frills are more economical

This superstore is in a great location, with a wide range of goods. Store is kept clean despite having a high number of people who shop there on a regular basis. Shopping during the day hours on weekends can be a bit hectic, but evening hours (after 7) are usually quiet.

Went there tonight to grab some items for dinner, as well as to return some food that I realized we had in our pantry. The service is good for the cashiers and good selection. But at customer service the man who helped me was very disrespectful and seemed annoyed when I asked how he was. He was frustrated when I explained the situation and reluctantly gave me my money back, after reviewing my receipt for 10 minutes. His name was Cody and I strongly recommend the manager go talk to him because I should not be treated like that when I am asking for such a little thing.

Love this superstore. Fresh ingredients, well stocked and every weekend all lanes are open. I can do a weeks worth of groceries in 30 minutes.

Is a great location, but is always busy. The prices are fantastic and a lot of good choices!!
