Real Canadian Superstore

This place is always busy except after about 930pm. Other than that, it's great. They always have what I'm shopping for, and the prices are good.

Best location, my favourite Superstore. Cashiers are all warm and friendly. Everything is always very well organized and stocked. The produce section is my favourite, always fresh. Very spacious inside, clean and bright. The cosmetics section is a bit messy though.

I really enjoy this Superstore. Everything always seems to be well stocked and they are good about having as many lines open as they can. I also enjoy that there is plenty of space to line up at the tills, as some other stores have food aisle right near the tills, you will not find this here!

Not 100 per cent sure this was a store employee, but kudos if it was: witnessed a male staffer approach a young homeless man loitering on the property today, and offered to give him something to eat. What a show of kindness and caring. Well done, Superstore.

Great customer service. I love Rose and Krista. They both are like icing on the cake. Overall, everyone is very kind and compassionate. Jennet is an excellent manager. She is always available to help and makes her customers feel welcomed. She is kind and warm and she always has a smile on her face. Even though I have moved, I will not stop shopping here. It is true, great customer service makes loyal customers :-) good job you guys!

Produce section had several items out of stock. Huge lines at self-serve and the cashiers. Only two cashiers were working. I walked out and bought what I needed elsewhere.

We love the PC points mastercard! Such a good deal! Points we can use on something we actually need: Groceries! And the prices are generally pretty good, too.

Superstore has great selection and prices! PC points are also a great benefit! This location is very nice and staff were friendly.

One of the beat in the city. Staff is great and the produce is much better than the country hills location. They also keep a better stock of the PC dog food.

Superstore seems to be upping their floor service game. (Previously non-existent) Staff went out of their way to be helpful.

Only problem had was getting credit on PC points for my purchase. Cashier did not ask me initially. I paid with PC MasterCard on my phone and no points credited. Cashier said. I could add points "online with my Receipt" but unclear how.

They even have Asian groceries now, so reduces lots of hassle, and the quality is okay as well.

This is one of the few civilized Superstores in the north end of the city, it almost compares to a Safeway or Co-Op for cleanliness and staff.

I have recently reconsidered defending this place, you know I thought I would do my best and try and support their wrongs, but you are all right.

Thank you and keep on going they are not going to fix anything. IT IS STILL THE MOST UNFRIENDLY PLACE IN CALGARY AND WORST PLACE TO WORK!

I was just at this store tonight and have brought a very serious issue to the attention of the staff. I have left a note for the management and I will see if they get back to me. I go here because this store usually has good produce and other items in stock that I can not get at other stores. But I have noticed that this location has some cleanliness issues that are apparent from the moment you walk into the front door. I have never used the washroom in this location before tonight and what I found was alarming to say the least.
The washroom is in deplorably disgustingly filthy condition. When I brought it to the attention of the counter person at customer service she simply said "she knew". The level of contamination in this bathroom is so extreme that if certain persons (the elderly, children, persons who are ill) were to contract and infection from this contamination, it could be FATAL! There is literally no where in that bathroom that is not heavily contaminated from the walls, door latches, toilets, sinks....there is no where that is not covered in urine and feces running down the surfaces. DO NOT USE THE BATHROOMS!
I would seriously question the cleanliness of the rest of the store, especially the areas where there is food preparation going on.
