This place seems to always be under renovation... Not bad... Usually good service. Did the click and pick up order thing today and our order literally was loaded into another car. Again not a big deal..... But notable

Optical department: DO NOT GO HERE! Came in for an eye exam; they were completely unprepared for me to have contacts. Once I took my contacts out (which I had to do without washing my hands), they didn't give me my glasses. Had to do a return trip to get a contact fitting, the fitter was unprepared for me to come in wearing my current contacts and unprepared for me to take trial contacts home after they were out of the package they come in. After trying the 2 pairs, I asked for my rx because I can get a better price online, and after waiting 15 minutes my file was not located and despite a promise from the department manager to call me right away, it's been 2 full days and I still haven't heard from them. I will never go back to this location and do NOT recommend it. (The eye doctor was nice, but the rest of the department was terrible.)

Wider isles - full department store products - and helpful staff. There's one guy I regularly see who is exceptionally helpful and friendly - if the rest of the store is modelling him, it will always be a pleasure to go to

Great store, good selection, great new layout with only one exception the long aisles which in my opinion keep me from rating this place higher. The aisles really need a small a path cut down the middle (sort of like what they had before renos but maybe not as big of a gap).

I frequent this store because of proximity to my house. This location’s previous layout was a dog’s breakfast, but after the Reno it’s much easier to navigate and find what you’re looking for. Especially the produce section. Great job. Also a great selection of health foods. The only problem here is parking and how tiny parking spots are. Does this location expect customers to own a kart size vehicle?

Just went to this liquor store with my two year old son and was told off because my son was a couple feet away from me by a grumpy old gentlemen employee. When I objected that it wasn't anyway to treat customers, I was informed that my business was not wanted. I could understand if my son was running around the store touching things but he was standing within a few feet of me talking to me. Is this how this store treats families? If so I most definitely will not be back. There is plenty of competition in both the liquor store and grocery store industries in Calgary.

During renovations they had everything scattered around the store which made things kind of annoying but they eased this by having people float around and help point you in the right direction. I was in a huge hurry and one guy helped me with my entire list. Very much appreciated

I shop at Superstore throughout the city often and find this location not crazy busy on weekends like some of the news locations in the suburbs. They seem to have a pretty good inventory level and freshness all throughout the store never found anything out of date.

Best place for groceries in southern Calgary. Large amount of international groceries available too. You even get idli rice here which is cost effective when compared to Indian stores in North East. South Indians will be fascinated for sure.

This store seems really poorly managed. I understand the need to do renovations, but this is a bit much. It's impossible to find anything once you venture beyond the produce department (which also smelled overwhelmingly like sweat and rotten meat, for some reason). The staff is clearly trying their best, but when I asked where something was they had no more of an idea than I did. There were also no available carts either in the parking lot or in the store when I arrived, and it was not extremely busy.

I visited here for the eye exam for my baby. The young female doctor checked both eyes and used eye drops. My daughter started crying so much but she didn't care and pushed her finger on baby's skin to open my baby's eyes. I had to stop that. My baby got scared and we had to wait half an hour. But the doctor said she needed more drops and my baby went through the same scary procedure. 20 min later she said she can't see well so come back after 6 months. She used almost half an hour and my daughter stayed still most of the time.
I told other moms about my experience and everybody were shocked. They have never seen doctor using drops for little baby. It's too harsh for baby.
I felt so sorry to my baby and will never visit that place again. The young female doctor has little experience and definitely not professional.

Good and fresh vegetables and cheaper food stuffs.

Everytime I go there, I am more and more disappointed by their selection. They don't restock when it's at it's busiest! I try to do my groceries so i don't have to come back multiple times during the week but when the shelves are empty of the product I'm searching for, I don't really have much choice.
And their produce selection is just pitiful.
Also, the cashiers are supposed to give you PC points when you come and bring your own bags and I think I've only had one or two of them actually do it.

It's a good and large market with everything you need.
