Real Canadian Superstore

This store is bright, clean and open. As always, superstore has a great selection of fresh produce and meats. The seafood selection is awesome as well. This location also has a Tim's, so... coffee!

This place has the best variation of quick picks for both food and home furnishings. Hours are long as well though wouldn’t be too happy if I would work those kind of shifts - the staff are friendly amidst the long hours which benefits shoppers like me. Definitely a real super store !

Good selection of organic products and has a pretty well stocked international section. In general, try to come in the morning to get the best produce. On Saturdays and Sundays they have every check out lane open. It's great till about Sunday afternoon at which point there will be line ups at check out. Otherwise, it's a good supermarket with good selection.

Very convenient occasion location to get to. Late hours. Lots of parking. Liquor store is across the parking lot. Great staff that is knowledgeable and has been there for a long time. Great place to go grocery shopping. This location has great cooking classes and a Goodlife gym (women only). And now also a Tim Horton's inside the store!

Lots of selection, probably best Superstore in the city. Prices on food are great, though as with most Superstores you're better off buying non-food items elsewhere.

Busy as all hell on the weekends, but nice and quiet in the evenings. I enjoy shopping here. I find the produce is almost as good as co-op for a fraction of the price.

Lazy staff! I never come this far south. I stopped by this superstore on route to the hospital to visit a family member, whom had a craving for some dried fruit. I asked an employee where the larger items were, as I found smaller bags that were just placed by other shoppers. And he's like what you see is what we've got. We don't carry a lot of items. I'm like these items were placed here by other shoppers, what aisle are they from? He's like I couldn't tell you, he turned around and walked away. Unbelievable, I'm not used to this layout it took me 15 min to find what I was looking for. Took me another 20 min due to road construction to get to the hospital, literally leave the food and take off to work. Extremely inconvenient and just lack of customer service!

Newer superstore location, seems larger, more spacious & less crowded at various times during day and week. Service good both at the Customer Service counter & on the floor. Staff courteous & responsive. Well stocked; only depletion of advertised sale items on rare occasions. Check "scanner price accuracy voluntary code of conduct" for free items less than $10; most likely to catch on Friday mornings due to new weekly sale flyer. Store kept clean & tidy & seems well managed. However, pricing may on occasion be missing in the Produce area. Shop early for best fresh & tidy well-stocked produce (like most grocery outlets). Occasional unadvertised sale items are a nice surprise. The BBQ chicken dinners in the Deli are near best in town & represent good value. Sushi & other quick prep salads & trays are also very good & priced reasonably.

Prices are good. Store is definitely not as clean as one would hope from a grocery store. The baskets are always dirty and the produce isles always have stuff on the floor. More attention to cleanliness would justify 5 stars.

It's really good. One of the better superstore's. Try the chicken fingers hot out of the oven at around 11 am if you go through the west door and turn left toward the deli. Update they are getting rid of the chicken counter for a Tim Horton's. Too good to be true, might do a little more of my shopping at the Walmart nearby. This will be the third Tim Horton's in a .5 km radius...enough. Bring the chicken back...disappointed.

This is probably one of the better superstores in the city. It's tidy, has lots of stuff in stock, and is easy to find products in. The bakery here is good and so is the deli department. Will be exciting when the new Tim Hortons opens up!! The customer service staff and cashiers are always really friendly and don't seem annoyed with you when you come through the till, and the same goes for the self checkout staff, they are always nice and quick to help. There is also tones and tones of parking.

Super store is Canadian so i support that . And also they have the best prices for food. Although this location in particular has the most messed up layout I've ever seen for a Superstore .

Usually cleaner than the other superstores. Pretty decent selection and quality of seafood.
