Real Canadian Superstore

All Superstores seem the same and have similar layouts. This works well if you are visiting a different city. Produce is generally of good quality.

They need to make their inventory better during the day. Otherwise clean and fault efficient since they started opening more tills

You get exactly what they offer!
Cheap prices.
Best price in bulk.
Little service.
Big box feel and decor.
Food that may or may not have passed Best Before date.
Parking madness!

The prices are usually some of the best but the self check out cashiers always seem to have issues. Also not a fan of paying for grocery bags

I visit often purely due to price and convenience. Produce does not stay fresh so you have to eat it within the day or two and they are often out of zuchinni which is super annoying for us, especially during grill season. Almost without fail you'll be waiting in line at checkout. Also annoying (and at no fault of staff) are the ignorant shoppers who decide they don't want an item so instead of putting it back or notifying staff, they stuff it in the checkout line shelves or leave it in a basket to rot. Please just let staff know and they can deal with it and keep the store looking clean and organized.
I love the PC points mobile app, it's a gem! I particularly love they music they play at this location which makes for an enjoyable walk around the store, I often hear other people singing along with me. I haven't tried the click & shop myself however I hear nothing but great things about the service.
So overall, this place is my "go to", I would give 4 stars if their produce was better (like Costco)!

Not too shabby but not excellent either. The lines can be slow at times and the employees act like a deer caught in headlights when you ask them a question.

If you do ask them a question you'll be spending a good 10 minutes looking for the product yourself...sometimes it's optimal NOT to ask the employees and find the desired aisle yourself. You'd think that Real Canadian Superstore would try to keep their service consistent throughout the entire Canada, but apparently that's not the case.

Ontario malls seem to be slightly better as they have more stuff and are regularly stocked, along with slightly more knowledgeable staff.

Like most grocery stores I think that they need to provide better amenities for people to feel comfortable continuing to shop there . For me personally I like a nice clean washrooms. If I can go to the washroom feel good about it get out make sure there's soap to wash my hands because I'm going to touch food and items and what not and so are the people before me, well that makes me feel better about my shopping experienc. It promotes me to keep shopping.

I have fallen in love with super store click and collect.. I always get fresh produce and the best of any other items I choose. There is a seldom few times that the grocery store is out of stock of every day items like poultry but for the most part I enjoy my experience and I will continue to use the click and collect service. It's a life saver!

Like their layout and neat compared to the other superstore. More selections in the International aisle and I feel like they have have more options in the frozen food aisle. Only negative thing though the veggies and fruits disappear faster.. they run out on the green produce so quick..

Good store that is fairly well kept. Clean and well-stocked. Customer service is very good. This is my main grocery store because the prices are great and they usually have what I need, however I buy meat elsewhere.

Too bad the self checkout wont take cash anymore. Other than that good location. Sometimes a homeless guy sits out front asking for cash. I dont like that.
