Shoutout to the really young blond kid who helped sizing up a bike for the gf. Helped us out a lot and answered a lot of our questions and even showed us a few diff. bikes to try out.

Nothing but good things to say about this shop. The guys at Rebound saved our 20 day downhill mountain biking holiday after another shop screwed up our rentals. Rebound ended up giving us better bikes at the same price, held the bikes for us until we made it to Canmore and were incredibly helpful in setting up the bikes and suspensions for us.
Super friendly, highly knowledgeable and excellent service over the phone and in person. I would highly recommend renting or purchasing your gear from here.

Top notch customer service. Had a drivetrain issue and brought my road bike in. Within seconds they had the bike up on the stand, did a thorough inspection, made a fix and put in a replacement part. Also the mechanic provided great advice to me on the drivetrain issue. Friendly discussion and excellent service in every way. Furthermore I was greeted upon entering and the shop was clean and not cluttered at all. Highly recommend this shop.

I went to Rebound Cycle not only because I live in Canmore but there were a lot of recommendations from out of town people so I decided to give it a shot and they gave me great service.
Brought my newly bought bike in on thursday morning and was told it would be ready friday the next week but it was all done the day after.

Also had a good talk with the repair staff about what work was done and what'll need to be done in the future. Took his time to give me advice on what other gear I might need for biking, awesome service overall.

I was just on a trip to Canmore and while walking through town, I bought a new expensive bike on almost a whim just because the staff at Rebound was so great and they happened to have the bike I was considering for a while. But when I brought it home to Calgary, I found the front tube and the rear shock were leaking a lot. The tube would barely stay inflated for a ride and the shock likewise would be softer at end of the ride and down to 1/2 the pressure needed by next day. While tube is just a tube, this was a brand new bike. Yet my main concern was the shock anyway. Living over an hour away, I spoke with Ryan via email and on the phone and he head me remove the shock, check it under water for leakage a when confirmed it was leaking, mail it to Rebound. I got the shock repaired and a replacement tube included in the package 4 days later. Many thanks for their professional conduct and great customer service!

I was very pleased with the advice and service I received last week at Rebound Cycle. I had one bike serviced and some new parts added, one old bike fine-tuned and a bike wheel repaired. Service was prompt and reasonably priced. The bikes run beautifully now.
I also got good advice on new bikes and was referred to a website for more information. No-one was pushy and I will seriously consider buying through Rebound when I am ready to invest in a new bike. Elizabeth Seale
