Recoverybar Description

The air we normally breathe contains about 21% oxygen and 78% nitrogen. Other gases like carbon dioxide, argon and trace gases make up the remaining 1% . The oxygen bar delivers between 90 and 92% oxygen at 3 liters per minute per person, allowing you to breathe 4 to 5 times the normal amount of oxygen. These oxygen bars uplift and refresh you as well as detoxify.

NASA created technology that filters out Nitrogen, Argon and other trace gases from the ambient air increasing the oxygen content from 21% to 92% purity. The oxygen enriched air gets delivered to the oxygen bar patron and the Nitrogen and other gases get released back into the atmosphere.

02 Bars uses water based, oxygen safe aromas. Some are derived from natural sources such as Eucalyptus, Lavender, Peppermint and Orange. Others are food grade fun aromas like Pina Colada and Sugar cookie.

Breathing higher concentrations of oxygen has several benefits. The most commonly reported benefits are increased energy, an uplifted refreshed feeling, clearing the mind, relief of toxic headaches such as the hangover, relief of stress and promotion of higher concentration levels. Oxygen is also a known detoxifier that oxidizes pollutants like carbon monoxide and lactic acid to reduce muscle soreness after exercise.

Oxygen is a vital element to good health and it’s our primary source of energy. 90% of our energy comes from oxygen and the other 10% comes from food and water. With Oxygen Enriched Air, the body will metabolize food more efficiently, generate more energy and create a healthier body.

Oxidation converts carbohydrates, sugars, fats and proteins into heat and energy required for activity.

Since oxygen is the main fuel required to oxidize your carbohydrates, sugars, fats and proteins into energy, a lack of oxygen will promote an inadequate oxidation process, which will result in a lower percentage of your foods turning into fat.

Some symptoms of oxygen deficiency may include the following:

Weight gain
Fatigue & sleep disorders
Hangovers /Headaches
Depression
Deficient immune system
Circulation problems
Cancer and Disease
Poor digestion
Muscle aches and pains
Sexual Dysfunction
Memory loss & poor concentration

Purified oxygen produces a blitz of health benefits, including:

Reduced stress
Increased energy
Increased alertness
Alleviation of the symptoms of hangovers, headaches and sinus problems

Oxygen is the most important nutrient to the cells in your body and it plays an integral role in almost every body function.

It is responsible for producing up to 90% of your body’s energy and it makes up approximately 96% of your body’s nutritional needs.

You can live without food for 40 days, and without water for about seven days, but without oxygen, you only have a few minutes.

The human body is largely composed of oxygen. By mass, oxygen makes up 90% of the water molecule, and water makes up 65-75% of the human body. Our brain, which makes up 2% of our total mass, requires 20% of the body’s oxygen needs.

Scientists now agree that oxygen plays a powerful and primary role in our overall health and well-being.

In our bodies, 80% of all our metabolic energy production is created by oxygen.

Our metabolic processes work to rid our bodies of waste and toxins. Even our abilities to think, feel, and act require oxygen-related energy production.

Oxygen also plays a vital role in proper metabolic functions such as blood circulation, the assimilation of nutrients, digestion, and the elimination of cellular and metabolic wastes.

Sufficient oxygen helps the body in its ability to rebuild itself and maintain a strong and healthy immune system.

Stress and Oxygen

In our modern day lives, we deal with stress from a variety of sources and there is no doubt as to the toll this can take on our bodies.

We are now living in an environment where the air is more polluted than in previous eras, making oxygen extraction more difficult for our life-support.

In an analysis of the air bubbles trapped in fossilized amber from the Jurassic Era, paleontologists have discovered that oxygen levels were significantly higher then than they are today.

All of this means that the cells in our bodies need to use more oxygen to deal with the multiple stressors affecting our bodies’ abilities to function.
