Red Arrow Motorcoach

Where possible, I always choose to travel with Red Arrow. I can work comfortably my whole journey (or watch a movie). They are always on time for pick up (no travel company can help weather and RTA's). I feel safer travelling this way and I am more refreshed when I arrive for my meetings than if I had to drive myself. On my recent trip, I learned that my agenda was being extended so had to request a switch from a 2pm coach to a 430pm coach. I was quickly and efficiently transferred and received email notification right away. Awesome client care. Drivers are always smart, professional and courteous as are the team in the offices. I am pleased the location is moving away from the Cedar Park and hope Red Arrow consider online parking payment options as it would make the process so much easier when I do park my car (especially in winter when I have luggage and also when the front desk is busy and I have to wait inline when I know my bus is coming shortly :)) Always recommend Red Arrow - I have not considered any other bus company for my Edmonton to Calgary commute.

We used it for the first time yesterday from Edm to Cal. Enjoyed the comfy seats, wifi, lap table, complimentary refreshments, onboard movie, power source for our electronics, reclining chairs, moveable blinds, and much more. CS could be friendlier, but overall great experience.

We have used your services the last few yrs to go to CFR in Edmonton from Red Deer. I would check on line for times seats etc but would always call your office its better to talk to someone, they know what we liked and did the best they could to help us out in seating, awesome service. Loved that fact we were dropped off and picked up at the hotel we stayed at in Edmonton to! Big bonus!! Red Deer girl at the desk is amazing (sorry cant remember her name my bad..) always friendly!! The drivers, the trip, seats, movies the snacks oh yes love snacks lol and cost, everything was great. Thank you for your great service to us. Now that CFR is no longer in edmonton we may just have to take Red Arrow for some other occasion lol Being in the winter and sometimes those roads were iffy we thanked the drivers every time for getting us there and back!! So this was my first time using Red Arrow and I tried to book online on Sunday, however the online system was not working properly and would not let me check out. Not starting off well, so I called in to see what I was doing wrong and the lady who answered quickly booked me a seat on the bus I wanted so things are looking up. Get to the station yesterday and found a very clean and organized station. Got on my bus and was a little surprised when the express bus had an extra stop at your north office which I was not anticipating. A quick stop and we were on our way. My driver Glen Miller did a great job in getting us up to Edmonton in a safe and courteous manner. All in all, a great service and I would ride with you again should the need arise.

Since grey hound is abandoned everyone now we know that red arrow will be a life line for a lot of people in Alberta please please add more stops as grey hound leaves a lot of people stranded

Red Arrow needs to look into running a bus service to Grande Prairie from Fort McMurray.

Red Arrow is the only way to travel - I wish they stopped in more locations. The coaches are always clean and the staff is so friendly. On my last trip the agent waited a few extra minutes for my husband to arrive as it was snowing heavily by the time I arrived. Keep up the great work!

I use red arrow a lot due to traveling for work. About 3-4 times a month for the last year. I've always had a positive experience. Bus drivers are always nice. Such a stressfree way to travel. Thank you :)

I took the 6 am Red Arrow from Edmonton to Calgary on July 27th and was particularly impressed by the professionalism of our driver. He was very friendly and went above and beyond to assist first time Red Arrow travellers that had connections beyond Calgary. Excellent overall customer service experience.

I have taken Red Arrow - Edm/Calgary at least 10 times over the past three years, and it has been trouble-free, providing an efficient, pleasant trip every time. The staff, although busy, are always respectful and polite - and I love the cookies!! I am a senior and know I would be given assistance in the event it was needed. Judy Craig

Great experience! Went from Edmonton to Lethbridge with a bit of a layover in Calgary (less than 2 hours) and it was awesome. Way less stressful than driving. There was a movie from edm to cgy and another from cgy to leth. With the ability to charge my phone I played solitaire most of the trip. Plus the cookies and drinks for free as opposed to some jacked up prices because you are trapped on the bus. I will make one negative comment...being in the very front seat I had a great view of the drive but a little awkward to see the movie screen. But seriously the extra leg room was worth it completely. Thanks for a great ride and I will be doing it again in the future for sure!

Best bus period.

-and best of all, huge leather single seats.

Only request- newer Lethbridge bus should leave 20 minutes earlier to guarantee the quick Calgary to Edmonton transfer for online purchase (which often ends up being possible anyway).

The bus rides are great but I didnt apperciate hearing one of your desk peoples additudes towards a guy who had his window smashed out in your Pay by Phone Parking Area (One of two people whos trucks were vandlized). I felt rather offended TBH. People need more respect. Weather the guy heard it or not, It annoyed me. (Oh lets go see what Dingle Berry wants now.) When the guy was walking up to the building.

Been using the service for more than 1 month now it is safe trip going to the city and going back home. Staffs are friendly and driver is excellent in dealing with his passenger. The only thing that needs to be improve is the small bus need to change to a motorcoach. Just right now I'm riding with it I need to go to the washroom and I can't go and pee. how about if there are passengers that are old or women who want to go to the washroom and there are none availble? How about on winter time if someone is at need to go to washroom what will the passenger do? It's morethan 3hr long drive and all highway. Lastly, the wifi needs to have an upgrade so the service can be more useful. Like I said it a great experienced but it needs some upgrades/changes. Thank you!

They made 55 people wait for 2 hours for our bus because the driver didn't show up for work. Thanks Gary Smith. We were late for the game in Calgary on Monday. At least we had a good driver (James) eventually.

Worst travel experience ever! Management at red arrow is truly terrible! To keep this short, another passenger assaulted me and I was injured. The Red Arrow staff were good at promptly removing this person from the bus since we were still in calgary city limits and making sure that anyone that saw the incident made a statement. The bus wasn't very full so I decided to stay on since I could stretch out and was traveling to Edmonton to see my ill mother.



I requested a free second seat for the way back to calgary so that I could stretch out, and they told me they probably could. I got a call from them shortly after from them telling me that management wouldn't allow it.



Real classy red arrow! I'm honestly surprised red arrow didn't even offer me anything, like a comped ticket or two. I had to push for it and still got nothing. Does red arrow not realize that reviews like this are bad for business? I'm going to be making sure that everyone is made aware that if anything happens to you while on the bus that they don't feel legally responsible for they will do literally nothing for you. It's sad, very sad.
