Thank you for an amazingly relaxing and tranquil experience today. I had a 90 min massage with Viktoria and organic facial with Deepka. Thank you to the ladies for making my first visit so great!

My fiancé and I had couples massages done and it was great, very relaxing. The ladies were very knowledgeable and accommodating. The spa itself is beautiful, offers lots of refreshments and I didn't want to get out of the shower!!

Just returned from a holiday in Banff. I had two treatments at the spa. The first was therapeutic massage and then a few days later a hot stone massage both were amazing. I only wish I was staying longer so I could try a few more treatments.

I've had massages all over the world. Definitely made my top five list as Yuko (hopefully spelled right) is an amazing therapist! I've never felt the need to use the recovery room/tea room after but I was so blissed out!!! The spa itself is small, hot tub and steam room ok but they let hotel guest in it too so the screaming kids beside me was not that relaxing. Pedi was ok, reception staff was very friendly, efficient and knowledgable. Priced well for Banff.

I had the chocolate and coconut body wrap with Yoku and it was heavenly. From beginning to end it was the most enjoyable and relaxing spa experience I've had. Well beyond my expectations. I will definitely be returning ;)

I had a body wrap with Kelly on Saturday, March 3 and it was simply amazing! I initially was hesitant to get a body wrap and I am so happy I did. Kelly has a special healing gift. She respected my needs and conditions and always made me feel cared for and special. The bonus of getting a mini facial and scalp massage was amazing! The products she used I actually bought as they felt good and made me feel good after. I would HIGHLY recommend Kelly and the body wrap! The price was right and the service was superb! I will return....next time I would come 2 hours prior to utilize the pool and steam room as it is not recommended after a treatment.

Had an AMAZING 90 minute massage from Yuko. I am a spa junkie and she is in my top five best massages I have ever had in my life. Awesome spa! Wish there was a private hot tub as there were kids having a blast around the hot tub (I love kids)...was trying to decompress from a crazy week. I will definitely be back again and again....this was my 4th visit to the spa.

Had a lovely wrap by Jessica on Tuesday and my skin still feels Great! Lovely and very talented girl!
