A new kid in the block, Red Olive offers worlwide cuisine with a modern twist. Our vision is to make the best-quality food from scratch using the freshest ingredients. Our 15 + years of experience have helped us produce popular and obscure dishes from across the globe. Our rotational menu is inspired by a global palette and has Vietnamese, Thai, East Indian, North American, Italian, French, Lebanese, and Moroccan flavours.


Nash, the owner and chef of red Olive, has more than fifteen years in the restaurant industry while cooking for world-class hotels. He has cooked with Michelin star Chefs as well as with street food vendors and has been awarded in many competitions and charity events in Calgary. Nash works hands on everyday to provide the quality available at only some of the well known restaurants the world.
