This was our first time going to Red Robin ...what a great place we will be back! The waitress was attentive and pleasant and the food was hot and delicious and served quite quickly.

Thank you for recognizing how hard teachers work. Staff was very friendly and of course the food was amazing. Thank you North side Red Robin location.

Overall was a great dinner. Super happy their bathroom paper towel dispenser actually gives enough paper towel to dry your hands without having to get it to dispense multiple times. We did mention we had an egg allergy at our table, and that person ended up having their food served with a Ranch dressing. Later confirmed to have egg in the dressing. Waitress offered to replace the meal, in the end they made everything ok for us.

My 10 year old and I went there and had great service. I have never had an issue with Red Robin. They are attentive and helpful. The waitresses come around often enough but don't hound you. The food is great and the prices are fair. My family of 6 go back almost regularly.

Food was great, service was super fast. Only downfall was it was super cold in the restaurant and even colder in the washrooms. Was -25 outside the afternoon we went so you should expect heat when sitting down to eat.

lunch was good, can't really say the same for the service...we barely saw our waitress at all...had wanted dessert to celebrate a birthday, but since we waited over 45 mins till she came back again we just asked for the bill. While my burger was good, I think the blue cheese was off...it was very unusually strong, and I've had blue cheese many times. I actually was quite sick to my stomach. Won't stop me from eating there. Bring back the basic red robin wings...why did you mess with perfection?????

Went for early supper at approx 4:30 I ordered the whiskey chicken wrap, Hubby ordered a double mushroom burger (his favourite) he'd been looking forward to it all day !! When our food arrived his was a single patty, we sat for ages with no cutlery, hubby had to go ASK the hostess for some? Still waited another 8 minutes. Drink refills took for ever, they made another patty for his burger, took ages, but I guess that shows they cook them fresh !!

No cutlery, very slow on drink refill and order incorrect, slow service.

Not impressed with our trip there today at all...

Food is good as always. A consistant issue with red robins in Edmonton is it take too long to pay at the end of the meal. After I'm ask" is there anything else" and say no, the bill should show up quickly and payment taken promptly.

We go to Red Robin a lot and we usually enjoy it except this past two months, quality of food had been so-so. Tonight though, I was not very impressed, the bread of my burger was soggy, really soggy so we said something to our server. The staff leader came and explained that it gets that way because of the mushrooms but offered to make me another burger, so I said okay. But then the bill came and they charged me for both, I asked why, and they said coz I ate most of the first burger with the soggy bread(i ate almost half of it). Really??? So, why offer to make me a new one if you're gonna charge me anyway? Really not impressed.

Waitress was ignorant to our 2 year old, didnt ask us if we needed anything, didnt fill our drinks. Manager took care of it. only ended up with a $14 bill. took $38 off and will be talking to her. after seeing manager talk with us she then asks if we need anything. nope. no tip for u either. maybe shes rasist. was friendly with everyone else. we were watching her. prob never go back. owell. lesson learned. Usually it's one of our favorite stops but unfortunately last night was a disaster. We understand longer wait times when it's busy but last night was ridiculous. A few tables came in after we ordered our supper but they got their food way before us and when we finally got our food most of it was burnt.

My daughter and I waited over 25 minutes for our food.... My burger sat under a heat lamp for at least 10 minutes before they finished finished and brought out her Mac and cheese..... Used to be my favorite spot but I don't think I'll make the hour drive into town for it anymore..... The manager was more interested in teasing the staff and being "cool" than actually doing her job..... So disappointed.....

If you have often wondered why the service lacks here it's because of the abuse in the workforce hense why the turnover. It's never excellent job its constant criticism. Worked at many places and the team itself is not bad when they all got their energy from each other. It's that shitty boss that thinks calling her staff a cunt is acceptable. Yes that's why it wasn't easy being happy there. So before you blame your server do your homework there are bad abusive bosses everywhere. Was great serving all you beautifuls you paid my bills my paycheque barely did. Thankyou for comming in.

Went there with my family at 330 pm the restaurant was basically empty. Was told it was a 25 min wait!!!! Are you kidding me! Every time we have gone there they have screwed up the order or dropped an order (twice) sat us in a closed section where it took 25 mins to get our drinks and even longer for the food! I have lost all hope in this restaurant! They have steadily gone down hill. I contacted them regarding my experience. I received no response. I won't be going back anytime soon. I will be sure to tell my friends to Think twice about going to the west end Red Robin. Horrible service, rude managers, all around on a downward spiral.

Went there with friends they had already ordered and I came in a bit later and after a long period of time finally a server came to our table, asked me what I wanted I said fries, he brought me back cold fries and ONLY 9, I never got a free refill nor was I asked if I wanted one, never got a drink either what I did get for sure was the bill for $6.00.... Contacted H.O. never got any satisfactory service there either. I work in a school and I overheard another adult with the same nightmare service. This is the end of my dining experience with Red Robins and I make sure I tell people to go elsewhere, which is a shame cause I really loved going there.

Was told it was a 10-15 min wait. Waited an hour to be seated. Hostess was rude, when at 45 minutes we were getting annoyed with the wait. Then 23 minutes into being seated we finally received our drinks and who knows how long for dinner. Will never be coming back which is to bad because this place used to be our go to place. Not anymore.

One of the WORST service experiences. Walked in, single adult. Although tables were available the hostesses stopped giggling long enough to tell me to go to the bar-I don't like to eat in bars.



One of them broke away long enough to give me a menu.



The waitress Vicky came over, introduced herself and took my drink order, a non-alcoholic drink "bottomless" drink, which was brought out relatively promptly. Vicky took my order, which arrived as ordered by a different server. Vicky raced by one time as I took my first bite saying "everything OK?" over her shoulder.



I then noticed, no napkins, no silverware. Tried to get Vicky's attention, but no go. Got them myself from the bar.



Never saw Vicky again till my plate was clear. No drink refills, no offer for more fries, NO service. This place sucked from beginning to end, and no, they were not "that' busy. I can see why.

I am horrified and angry at our experience at your establishment.

I will start at the beginning of what was more than 3 strikes against.

We waited 20 min for a table. ( this was told to us and was ok)

Then we waited 15 min for the server to take our order.( there was 6 of us )

When we ordered our non alcoholic drinks we were advised at that time they had run out of ice tea. ( ok no worries)

Then we ordered Diet pop, milkshakes and water ...

After waiting for our drinks I was informed Diet pop all gone as well.( now I'm a bit annoyed) so water it was ....

We gave our order and it took 31 minutes to get to our table. ( we watched our food sit under heat lamps for about 7 min. )

Food was decent. ( although we had to ask another server for more fries as ours was nowhere to be found. )

Then the girl giggles a bit and slips our bill on table.

We are all in shock as not only did she NOT ask if the bills were to be together or seperate, but no mention of dessert ( which we had all wanted )

We had to ASK for dessert menu.

We ordered 2 desserts to share.

THEN she comes back 5 min later to inform us that the donut dessert we had requested was also out �

My sister asks if it's a tough night at the Robin.? To which he girl giggles and says Yes....

Ok if you don't think this is all bad enough then the story now gets worse.

We had been in the restaurant either waiting for food or eating.

Some girl comes to our table and asks " could we please hurry and leave as there was a reservation for 30 waiting for our table.!!!"

My mouth dropped in shock.

I have never ever been asked to hurry up and leave !!!!

My friend would never not leave a tip and he couldn't find the 5% tip

Option so sadly she got 15% ! It should have been zero.

Worst dining experience ever!!!!

I am now going to call the GM to let he or she know of this horribly

Poor nightmare of an experience.

Now reading these reviews I can see why.

I have been to red robin about 14 times and will say I will NEVER ever be back!!!!
