Red Willow Wilderness Camp Description

A place for young people ages 9-16 to have the opportunity to experience nature and learn wilderness skills within an environment not normally available to them. Campers develop self -confidence and leadership skills which allows them to be stronger individuals and make better decisions when they return to regular lives and peer pressures. Each activity is used to encourage responsibility and an understanding of the consequences of actions. Safety and survival in the wilderness depend on this.

Campers learn to appreciated the wonder of the world God made and that each of them is held in His hand.

Activities include: Hiking - Nature - Archery - Wilderness Skills - Bible lessons - Wood carving - Wide area games - Skits - Crafts - Friendships - Outdoor Cooking - FUN
