Came in today to buy some boots. The sales lady was absolutely fantastic. Afrah got my measurements from the machine and then indulged me while I tried on several different boots. She gave helpful tips about the shape of my foot and the characteristics of each boot I looked at. She suggested one that fit my foot shape quite well. I also asked about what product to use to restore the color of the faded leather shoes I was wearing into the store and she not only suggested a product she did a touch up for me immediately free of charge. Highly recommended foe the great customer service.

This review is in regards to the online store reddhart.ca and for anyone ordering from there.

Initially, I was very wary about purchasing from here considering their website is structured poorly and looks very outdated, to the point I was somewhat worried about if I would receive anything after buying from their site. Thankfully, my experience was the complete opposite to this.

Hours after putting in an order, I received a personal email providing a tracking number and informing me the item was already sent out for shipping.

3 days later I received the package in Ontario. Then, nearly a week and a half after it was delivered I received another personal message ensuring I had gotten the package since Canada Post had not updated the delivery status.

My point is that my experience with their online store was as good as it gets, I’d liken it to Amazon prime. Overall, I’m really impressed and would recommend anyone to buy from their website, especially considering it is a smaller business.

Ordered a pair of RedWing boots, one of the few places I could find in Canada at a great price. The quality of service was exceptional - very quick to respond to emails. The shipping was express and they were happy to work with me to find the perfect fitting boot.

The owner of our Door & Hardware Company I work for has been a loyal customer of Red Wing for many years. Always making sure to purchase boots for his workers at Red Wing. After purchasing boots only (1) year ago for two workers that are in shop and "not" outside, both sets of boots have completely come apart and wore through in the same place and it is completely unacceptable. The boots are clearly faulty and Red Wing should replace both sets. Called this morning and the best they will do is stitch them for free? This is not good service...especially for such a loyal customer.

Got back to B.C...went to apply tuff toe...must have been a bad batch....disaster.
Called Linus......he had new tuff toe delivered to me in 3 days.
Awesome.
Several years ago I ran out of waterproofing paste right before I was headed to a long stint in camp.
I called a local store ( I live in B.C.)
They would not send it to me through the mail.
I then called Calgary south store...
My supplies were at my house in less than a week.

Absolutely the worst customer service you can find. Go to the one in the north, or go to another redwing dealer entirely.. but don't under any circumstances go to this location (I did 3 different time.. same bull)

The sales lady here talked too fast and came across as a bit pushy. She needs to slow down and be a bit more friendly. Nice boots though.
