The Lady who answers the phone doesn't have a clue but acts so smart. I tried to get pricing for new tread and she could only get me one price. She talked to me like im a child an constantly repeats information to me that has nothing to do with a tire. Then she hangs up on me when I get frustrated after she raises he voice at me when she wouldn't search for different tires and prices.

Just picked my 2007 R6 up from having the fork seals replaced, and the bike feels incredible! Thanks a lot Redline for getting me in and out in less than 48 hours, andddd at a super reasonable price! Hands down best bike shop in Calgary, will definitely recommend to everyone I know!

Amazing service, and the shop is family run. They really want you to enjoy your ride and both the receptionist and mechanics enjoy having a conversation with you. The prices are great, and the service is quick. I highly recommend having your motorcycle maintenance completed at Redline!

I came into this shop in a literal, emotional mess. Earlier in the day I visited a local shop in my area to have an out of province inspection done on my very first motorcycle purchase. The neighbourhood shop took advantage of me being a new female rider and had already declared my bike a fail with multiple issues (before examining it) and were planning on trying to charge an arm and a leg for installation fees.

Steve at Redline was recommended and my bike was pulled off the hoist immediately and brought to him. We looked over the bike together, and all parts/installation and charges were discussed upfront. I was treated with respect by all members of the staff and made to feel like family. So happy to have such a good steward of the biking community! They even took the time to recommend great local shops for gear and gave great recommendations for becoming a better and more confident new rider. I Will be sending my bike, boyfriends bike and posse of bike riding friends his way in the near future. Thanks Guys!
