Redwater Rustic Grille

Redwater Grille was my 'go to' restaurant when I had out of town guests or just wanted a fabulous meal however, it has gone down hill recently... :-(( too bad! I have been going for at least 5 years! There has been a menu change and they no longer offer the classic baked potato or Caesar salad which were always delicious sides. Service has declined to less than mediocre and food quality is now very disappointing and poor. Calamari was like rubber and tasteless, stuffed mushrooms were flavorless, steak was just ok.

The service was great but the food was mediocre with no flavour. For a restaurant of this class we were expecting more. The spicy sausage pizza had no spice. The sausage had no flavour. Felt like eating a pizza full of texture and no flavour. The buffalo chicken burger wasn’t even spicy. The steak and shrimp was ok but it only came with 3 small shrimp. We won’t be coming back.

Food was okay. Steaks went back a few times. It used to have really good steak. They should be offering a new dinner rather then trying to give a free dessert.

The staff here are always fantastic. They are extremely professional and have made us feel really comfortable when dealing with allergies. The kids menu is a great value and the food is delicious.

I came in for a glass of wine on my way home from dinner with a friend elsewhere. I was greeted by very friendly staff and was accommodated nicely the whole time I was there. I have worked in the restaurant industry for decades and this is the first place in a very long time that I have found staff that gave a personal touch and experience to my visit. Shane, Shaun, and the girls on staff tonight were absolutely amazing. I'll be back for sure as a regular at the bar. Best service I've had anywhere in a very long time (and am excellent wine list to boot!)

For was great. Atmosphere is very nice. Service was slow considering it wasn't very busy.

The staff is phenomenal, knowledgeable friendly. Go see Shane, emery, Sean or Steven for stellar service. Great food, chili butter shrimp to die for! Eat here a couple times a week

Good menu. Good service. Enjoyed our meal. Bruschetta was off, mentioned it to server and it was dealt with professionally
