Lynette Wohlgemuth is Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in Paediatrics, Women's Health, and Medical Aesthetics.

Lynette Wohlgemuth is a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Paediatric Primary Care. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing with Distinction from the University of Calgary in 1997 and soon began her career as a Paediatric Intensive Care Nurse at Alberta Children’s
Hospital. Over 18 years, she provided care for many children and their families. Though often difficult, Lynette always considered her role as privileged to be able to support families through some of their most trying times. Her roles included participation on multiple teams; Paediatric Transport, Rapid Response, Simulation Instructor, and Resuscitation as well as preceptor to many RNs along the way.

Lynette graduated from the University of Toronto in 2014 with her Master of Nursing Degree and Paediatric Nurse Practitioner Speciality. Lynette worked in a collaborative practice at Langdon Medical Clinic for 2 years, expanding her practice to include speciality Women's Health services such as pap & breast health screening, IUDs, and mental health supports.

Reflections Nurse Specialist Services arose from her desire to provide specialized, client and family-centered care that is offered beyond the confines of the clinic environment, able to go to homes and schools. She works closely with school multidisciplinary teams, AHS Sexual and Reproductive Health Clinics, and other multidisciplinary providers.

Lynette’s practice was highlighted in the NPAA Nurse Practitioner Showcase with the article was subsequently posted in the International Council of Nurses NP /APN Network Bulletin in January, 2017.
