Regal Nails Salon & Spa

My sister and I were recently at this salon for a manicure and pedicure. The ladies that helped us did a very good job for both of us and were very friendly. I would never hesitate to recommend them. Thank you to Kim and Lon.

Paid to have both my (adult) daughter's nails done here and both sets peeled off the same day. Went back and they put a top coat on to try to fix the peeling and of course it peeled off because they should have redone from the start. Will not be back.

The owner who did my nails was very curtious. However, I picked a UV gel nail option from a long list of options (the price was $40) The owner than started to apply the most expensive kind of pink gel (which was $55). He didnt charge me for it but he informed me that if I want a a different colored tips I have to pay 10$ extra...this pink gel that he applied is very expensive to refill later . So I started with $40 ended up paying $55 and he set up a future costumer who would pay $45 to refill her nails instead of $35. A little dishonest. I do not reccomend.

The new owner was very nice and the gel nails looks amazing!!

I have never had any problems here. I have had pedicures done here multiple times, and they have looked great and lasted a long time.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever come across. I specifically asked for a 30.00$ UV gel fill and we agreed on the price before the technician started, after he broke two of my nails, botched my fill and my tips, and my gel was already turning yellow, he tried to charge me 47.00$. Obviously I was upset, so I stated that was not the price we agreed upon, complained about his rudeness and lack of technique, and said I would pay him a maximum of 35.00$ for my nails, and he picked up the phone and said he was going to call the cops on me if I didn't pay him the full amount. At this point I was so furious I asked for the manager, he then stated he was the manager and refused to drop the price. Needless to say, worst service I have ever encountered. I left entirely dissatisfied, furious, and aside all of THAT totally outraged that this filthy, unsanitary zoo can call itself a nail salon. ZERO F**CKING STARS. WORST PLACE EVER.

If I could give no stars I would.
Received a toe nail fungus as a bonus had my nails come off never again would I even think of going here.

I have had many pedicures here. I have always been happy. You are only paying $35.00. If you want the spa like atmosphere go elsewhere and pay double or more. I have issues with my big toe. They have put on a fake nail and made it look great.
