Was just at registry unlimited had a little mishap but was taken care of right away & couldn't have asked for better service.

I was doing license plate renewal service. It was good and finish the whole service quick.

Rude and incompetent staff. This place is not worth anyone's time.

Its not even worth for 1 star unfortunately its the lowest score available. I went to this registry to order birth certificate. A day after, the clerk informed me that the document I ordered was sent to other address because she did not double check my ID presented and the form if the address matched. ( Is that my fault? ) She ask me to wait 2-3weeks. So I patiently waited over 2 weeks. however, I didn't receive any update from them so I phoned them. And now this lady just advised me to come again, do the process again and wait again, the most upsetting part? I have to come to there office to pick up my docs after the whole process. I am soooooooooo frustrated right now. I have 2 kids at home ( 2months old and 2yr old).My husband worked as truck driver and away from home. Take note: I was able to come to that fucki'n office because my husband took an off. This clerk told me there's no other way in reordering my docs but to come again.She even suggested to look someone that can take care my kids? I mean, Seriously? This office wasted our time and effort. The saddest part? I have to wait again until my husband gets off and will wait again 500years to receive the docs. Well goodluck to the clerk who gave me stress and frustration. You know who you are.
