Due to a city water main break, during the Family Day long weekend. Which flooded our building causing damage to machines and front office area. Also making the cement floor unsafe, for us to use our hoists. Reliant Tires regrets that we will be closed until further notice. When I called for a quote, I was provided with more than one option for tires, and when I compared them to two other establishments (same tires)they came in at less $$. This held true on my brakes as well. As a matter of fact, Todd re-checked my brakes (it was a different place that said I needed them done), to be sure the brakes did indeed need to be replaced. I am impressed with how quickly and efficiently the work was done, and feel confident being out on the road with my vehicle. Thanks for the great work guys, more people could learn about customer service from you.

Went it without an appointment to have 4 new tires (I'd purchased elsewhere) mounted and balanced.



The super polite and courteous staff welcomed us with a smile. I was back in my truck with my old tires tucked in the back within the hour. Even a reminder card on my signal lever to remind me to come back in 100 km to have the lugs re-tourqued.



I can confidently recommend these guys.

They always have smiles on their faces, and totally focus on you when you are dealing with them. Bonus Points: The public washroom is clean!!!

Todd and company. From walk-in till driving away. Impeccable customer service. Install well under quoted time and pricing from industry. To all my friends I highly recommend their services. Then I asked about new rims for my car when another company wanted to charge me way more than they should have. They found rims for my car at a reasonable price and they look amazing! I have to say that the guys at Reliant Tire were incredible to Deal with. I went in with a slow leak in one tire which we discovered was unrepairable owing to the fact it was in the side wall. As my Audi is all wheel drive this meant I needed new tires all around as to replace just one would eventually cause drivetrain problems. The guys ordered me in new tires and found me a spare tire to use while I waited for the new tires to arrive.



They did a wonderful job installing and balancing the tires and gave me a better price than I could find anywhere else in the city.



I highly recommend these guys. They went way above and beyond any service I have ever received at anther tire shop.

Called for snow tires. Told them what I wanted and like. They provided options regarding quality, comparisons (I like Blizzak), and price point. They had tires on my truck the next day. They made time (12 noon) to get my snow tires on and I hit the road early the next morning for Wild river road North of Hinton. Competitive prices , products , and custom service. I will certainly use this shop for my tire, maintenance, and repairs needs. :)

Purchased my winter tires here a year ago and when I had a flat today, they fixed the puncture at no charge. I went a block on a completely flat tire and they showed me the slight wearing on the inside of the tire but assured me it was still safe to drive on. They could have easily said it needed to be replaced � oh and they fit me in right away because they prioritize flats and getting people back on the road! Such great service. They also store my tires, offer great deals on free roadside service with oil change packages, spectacular rates - I could go on.... I won’t go anywhere else for my tire and maintenance needs, darn tootin’!

Absolutely unbelievable customer service out of this company. Had a flat tire this morning and they went WAY OUT OF THEIR WAY to help me out! They had some extra time first thing this morning so they picked up my car, drove it to their shop, fixed up my tire, and then drive my car back! Couldn't believe they did this!!!! They are really reasonably priced and very professional. The service was quick and the staff friendly. They were also family-friendly, they were very nice to my two little ones and even had colouring books for them.

I went into Reliant tires to just get my tires changed from winter to summer, the price they charged was reasonable and they answered almost instantly when I emailed to ask. Then I asked about new rims for my car when another company wanted to charge me way more than they should have. They found rims for my car at a reasonable price and they look amazing! I have to say that the guys at Reliant Tire were incredible to Deal with. I went in with a slow leak in one tire which we discovered was unrepairable owing to the fact it was in the side wall. As my Audi is all wheel drive this meant I needed new tires all around as to replace just one would eventually cause drivetrain problems. The guys ordered me in new tires and found me a spare tire to use while I waited for the new tires to arrive.



They did a wonderful job installing and balancing the tires and gave me a better price than I could find anywhere else in the city.



I highly recommend these guys. They went way above and beyond any service I have ever received at anther tire shop.

Called for snow tires. Told them what I wanted and like. They provided options regarding quality, comparisons (I like Blizzak), and price point. They had tires on my truck the next day. They made time (12 noon) to get my snow tires on and I hit the road early the next morning for Wild river road North of Hinton. Competitive prices , products , and custom service. I will certainly use this shop for my tire, maintenance, and repairs needs. :)

Amazing service from friendly guys! As a single lady, I especially value an honest and helpful shop! You will be pleased with Reliant Tires! Purchased my winter tires here a year ago and when I had a flat today, they fixed the puncture at no charge. I went a block on a completely flat tire and they showed me the slight wearing on the inside of the tire but assured me it was still safe to drive on. They could have easily said it needed to be replaced � oh and they fit me in right away because they prioritize flats and getting people back on the road! Such great service. They also store my tires, offer great deals on free roadside service with oil change packages, spectacular rates - I could go on.... I won’t go anywhere else for my tire and maintenance needs, darn tootin’!

Absolutely unbelievable customer service out of this company. Had a flat tire this morning and they went WAY OUT OF THEIR WAY to help me out! They had some extra time first thing this morning so they picked up my car, drove it to their shop, fixed up my tire, and then drive my car back! Couldn't believe they did this!!!! Companies with this kind of respect for customer service are a dying breed!!!!! This company will get all my business on a go forward basis NO DOUBT ABOUT IT!
