About Remote Control Flying Lessons

Are you trying to learn to fly RC but find you come home with more pieces than you left with?

Is your son or daughter excited about flying by you don't want to waste money on parts?

Maybe you're just you looking to get into a new hobby?

Well hello newcomer! And welcome to the wonderful world of RC aviation. I've been flying RC planes of all shapes and sizes for many years now, from your scale tail dragger warbirds to your aerobatic 3D flyers. I've gone as far as finishing my private pilot license, JUST to see how different from RC's it is. And remote control planes are much more difficult, let me tell you.

THE DETAILS:
-I offer a one-on-one class with you flying my aircraft for $25 a session. I'll teach you everything you need to know from taking care of your batteries to mastering a vertical hover.

I charge $25 a class (half hour) gives us 15 minutes to test you out on the simulator and 15 minutes flying the plane with a buddy system where you and I can toss control between each of our controllers. Feel free to bring your own transmitter if you have one.

-We'll use my planes and my batteries and my flight sim. I'll bring everything to the field for us to use.

-scheduling dates depend on which of the few locations we can fly, that are most convenient to you. Also of course weather and your schedule.

-All of the aircraft we will use are electric. Meaning battery operated, meaning park flyers, meaning safe to use within city limits. For training specifically I have 2 planes we can use. One of which is a tail dragger and one is tricycle gear plane with 4 channels including ailerons.

I'm offering a course on teaching you how to fly through a combination of flight simulators and real planes of your choosing. I've got a few in the collection for us to use but it's really about getting your mind out of your head and into the plane. Once you've mastered the flying then we practice take offs and landings and then you're shortly on your way to barrel rolls and upside down loops!
