My daughter and I recently attended a Talk Tuesday session at Renewed Health & Wellness. Was a great experience. Warm and welcoming environment. Great speaker and group conversations. Rhinda was a delight for all ages. Her warm and calm demeanor made you feel comfortable and become part of the moment. This past weeks session focused on the breath. Looking forward to attending Talk Tuesdays on a more regular basis.
I tried the sauna pod... omg its amazing!!! Beautiful place!!!
I have attended the Level 1 Feng Shui workshop and it transformed my life. I have learned so much about myself and how to enhance positive energy in my life... I highly recommend it !
