I had an issue with my windshield caused by a defective wiper blade. Service manager Graham was very helpful and had the issue resolved quickly and With exceptional service. Much appreciated.

I thought I was applying for a general financing online
to get into a new vehicle. I was contacted by one of their finance employees and they walked me through financing as I've never financed a vehicle before.

The employee asked me specifically... What are you looking to get yourself into. I said a Honda CR-V or a Ridgeline. (I had no idea I was talking to a dealership on the phone) he asked why and I told him that from my research I've found a couple I'm willing to buy.

He said before he could run my credit to see what I was approved for he would need some pay stubs. I figured I would get back to them when I was good and ready with my pay stubs.

15 minutes after out call he called me back and said he pulled my credit and I was approved and asked if I wanted to get into a Rav 4 as they didn't have what I wanted. I said no.. I told you what I wanted. He knew I was looking for a specific vehicle and then ran my credit knowing what I wanted and knowing they didn't have what I wanted. He went on trying to talk me I to other vehicles.. I said No I told you wanted.

Now I've burned one credit application on a place that didn't even have a vehicle I was looking for. I'm very pissed off that this guy had no respect for what I wanted and went and pulled my credit for no reason.

I will never buy anything there!

I had a vehicle for sale and one of their salesman Ryan contacted me saying they were interested in buying it. I let him know I lived far away from their location but he said they were very interested, so I took time out of my Saturday to drive through heavy traffic for over an hour to bring it there. After about 10 min there they told me they wouldn’t even offer me 25% less then I had it advertised for. I have it advertised for a comparable and fair price to other vehicles online and it is in perfect shape. They told me to have a nice day.
They have no regard for other people’s time or any sense of common courtesy. I will definetly take any business I have elsewhere and direct other people to do the same.

I filled out the online form and that put me in touch with Graham, the Service Manager, to have some recall work done on my car. He was able to book me in at a time that was convenient to me, which was great.

When I brought my car in, I met with a very friendly Steve (I hope I got the name right?) who was exceptionally helpful.

My car was ready in less than an hour. I've never had my car serviced that fast! And with the professional service I encountered, I wouldn't hesitate to bring my car back to Refrew Chrysler in the future.

I have had some warranty work done here on our Jeep. One appointment turned into having to come back for two more additional issues caused by there staff. (Original Issue, Service Engine/Transmission light that turned out to be a software update, and we also got the rattle in our sunroof fixed. Upon receiving the vehicle back there were dirty hand-prints all over our beige interior roof and the rear window washer fluid wouldn't work) The only reason they are getting a good four star review is because the service advisor that I worked with dealt with the situation very quickly and professionally to make it right.

They were great to work with. They showed us different Jeep Grand Cherokees. I love my new Jeep. Renfrew Chrysler has been great to work with!

Where should I start? I took my car to this place, for a regular oil change, three times at least. Last time I had a terrible experience. One of the reps could not give me the price right away, afterwards on the day of the appointment, the price turned out to be higher. Of course they came up with and additional brake flush, that added up to almost $300. The very last time I took my car there, was because my key to the sfety wheel lock was stolen and I wanted them to replace the lug nuts for a new set. It took them about 45 minutes to say that it was going to be about $300 because they had to order new parts and they did not have the master key. Later that day at around 4:30pm I called to check on them and they said It would take ate least 3 to 4 days to get the parts and that they had forgotten to give me a call to let me know. I talked to one of the "bosses" (that's what he said) and he told me in a couple of conversations that they would charge me for labor and that as soon as the parts arrived they would call me and pick up my car to do the job. Well that never happened because the parts arrived on Thursday and I found out on Monday (today). Please avoid this place, they do not care too much about their customers, they just want to overcharge you.

Got a nice used truck from Christian. He was awesome to deal with. Friendly, quick service. We were only there for an hour. Go see these guys for a new truck.

Four years ago I bought a new truck at Renfrew. Recently I was looking at my copy of the truck bill and noticed an error. I thought that I had been overcharged so I went to Renfrew to discuss it. It turned out that someone had neglected to copy one line from the computer when they wrote up my bill. The amount I had paid was indeed the correct amount, the bill was just missing a figure. HOWEVER - even though there was no real error, AND four years had passed, the staff at Renfrew went out of their way to deal with the problem AND gave me compensation.
THAT'S WHAT I CALL GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
And, by the way, I love my truck!
