In return and for each year you remain a client, you will progress from Silver to Gold status, earning even more flight reward miles per dollar of rent you earn each year. A Canadian property renting at 3, 000 per month would earn you 72, 000 flight reward miles each and every year. MIles programs in US, Australia and UK will be finalized soon.

As tenants are also earning rewards we attract loyal and on time paying clients for you. You property will lease faster. We also reward tenants for leasing early and getting great inspection results. We've done this by rethinking how this business is run.

Tenants why Rental Miles?

We think that if you are a regular renter and make payments on time you should be rewarded. And you shouldn't be charged for that. We don't add to your rent payments just so you can earn points. Simply pay your rent by credit card (earn miles dollar for dollar or more) or debit (to get cash-back) and you don't need to do a thing. Forget about checks and don't pay a cent extra.

Those include shares in RentalMiles, in fact 20% of the company in North America is for employees. Car, Phone, PC, Benefits and Rent subsidies are all on offer as part of your professional package . Best of all? RentalMiles has dedicated 24X7 maintenance staff that take their job seriously and manage maintenance directly for tenants. That leaves you to do what you're best at.
