I had a great experience visiting ReNue Downtown. I had some hesitation coming in but everyone made me feel welcomed. The staff are all very kind and caring. They take their time getting to know you and your concerns and find solutions. The receptionist Jenny is always so informative about the treatments and products and has helped me make the decision to finally come in. I had treatments done by Shu and Kenna and they made me very more confident in my skin. Definitely will be coming back!

This is a call out to MEN... and women - I've always been very hesitant when it comes to do some sort of Aesthetic treatments because 'men don't do them'.... and let get real, I was also worried that it would hurt.
After reading reviews, here on Google, I knew this was a place that I could feel comfortable going to.
The 5 Star Experience started right from the first phone call to book in for a consult. (This was always a hurdle because other places would say, 'we don't have someone who's trained for treats for men'). Reception was welcoming and educated enough to answer all my 'first timer' questions.
Attending my Consultation was easy. I was welcomed, checked in and seated in a waiting room.
I was then taken into a Consultation Room, where I was introduced to Shu (WOW, SHE IS AMAZING). She introduced herself and I was so happy to hear that she was a Registered Nurse and not a technician or someone without this higher level of certification. She made me feel welcomed with her best friend vibe and still professional. She spoke to me in plain English. It was a no pressure experience.
I felt comfortable to book back in and get fillers done for my chin, jaw, and cheekbone.
Fast forward to injection day... I was a bit worried about pain. Shu had given me some numbing stuff and the pain was minimal - she's so great. The final look was better than I was looking for and so natural looking.
My experience was fantastic, and I felt comfortable enough to book in for some Botox - the Botox injections were quick and easy and also loved the results.
I also had the opportunity to have a Hydra-Facial treatment done... my skin has never looked better.
Additional thx to everyone at this location and remembering my name. They have made me feel welcomed and comfortable every step of the way. Even the clinic manager made time to say hello and speak with me.
And for those of you who are self-conscious about someone seeing you in the waiting room... worry no more. Appointments are spaced out enough that you also get a level of privacy and anamniote.
Aesthetics is for everyone.

I really enjoyed the excellent experience today and in the past six months with Dr. Shu at ReNue Downtown, she always takes time to listen to me and there is no rush to get you out the door. Unlike another place I used previously. She does such a great job and is extremely gentle.

I want to thank Dr. Jason McWhiter for helping me feeling better about the way I look. Feeling better about the way I looked changed and had a positive impact on different aspects of my life. Sometimes in life we need instant results or improvements in our self that help us get that extra bounce in our step. Dr. McWhiter is a wonderful Doctor that is easy to talk to about your concerns, advice, and cost of treatments. Super friendly service and very happy with my results. Would definetely recommend Renue for anyone out there looking for skin rejuvenation.

The ladies were great! I had a free consultation and the next day I booked a skin laser treatment. I didn't have time to sit down as they got me in a room right away. Treatment was quick and easy and the results were instantaneous. I am so impressed!! I will definitely be going back.

I had a mole removed using their laser.

Dr. McWhirter was knowledgeable and friendly, but not overly friendly or assuring, but I can assure you that he knows his stuff, so don't let that leave a negative impression. His staff is friendly and accommodating as well, offering you a coffee, tea or water when you arrive.

The procedure was great, and they offered touch ups on the removal as required. It has now been over 6 months, and I can say that I am happy with the result, and I have very minimal scarring. The only bad part about laser mole removal is that it cannot be tested for cancer so beware of that before going with the laser.

All in all, I highly recommend ReNue, their work and their staff

Worst service ever! The doctor didnt respect me and he treated me like I'm not a value client. I will never ever go there again
